My wife and Children had a terrible experience with the Champs Sports store in Naples Fl.My wife purchased a $160.00 pair of Nike Sneakers for my son and 2 weeks later the soles were coming apart. She went to the store and spoke to T.J. the manager who was extremely rude and condescending and told her there was nothing he could do because the shoes had been worn. T.J. was also very dismissive of my wife and walked away from here while she was attempting to speak to him.I called the corporate number explained the situation and went in to the store and TJ was forced to give me a refund for the torn shoes.It was obvious that T.J. was very upset that he was essentially "forced" to refund my money.We will never shop in this store or any other Champs store in the future and I recommend that no one buys anything from this store as they will not stand by their product.In my onion not only should T.J. not be managing this store he should be terminated for treating my wife with such disrespect in front of my children !
