Please go see John, I have been going to him for quite a while now . John is excellent for customer service . He treats you like a person , not a car salesmen . Please go to him instead of places like lousy Verizon or other carriers where they rob you . Whether it’s fixing a broken screen , buying old cell phones for top dollar , phone accessories etc , more people in the industry should be more like him :)
