I’ve been a long time customer of this store and have always had a great relationship with every employee in the store. The new manager and staff will NOT say a word to you welcoming you into the store or even ask if you can be helped in anyway! The store for years has always been clean and items displayed properly more so than it looking like a high priced cluttered garage sale! If been in the store four times under the new management and have not been spoken to once by anyone! It a shame but they’ve lost my business!

Would give 5 stars but can't as I've been customer for 20 plus years and came from another state to do business with a certain manger and found out he was let go for what sounds like a shady reason and that doesn't work for me. Lost my business for sure and always used same store from when previous owners were there. New ones need to rethink the treatment of long time employees.

Came in asked for a reasonable price for a watch they looked over it and gave me the money no jumping through hoops or anything crazy there nice people very customer friendly will be back to shop around very soon thanks again for the help

Store manager was trying to borderline rob me using eBay as a source to get pricing on my item. Highly do not recommend this store

I like coming to this pawn shop a lot because of all the neat commodities. There's a diverse selection of items and the customer support was lovely. They let us test the device I bought first for reassurance which was lovely. Israel and Ishmael were the ones who helped us greatly and I highly recommend this place :]
