Best insurance agency ever! ESPECIALLY Terie Hawes - her customer service is excellent. She was super helpful with both auto and life insurance, and I will definitely bring ALL my insurance needs to her. These days it seems rare to deal with someone who is no knowledgeable, efficient and caring; Terie is all of that and really does an exceptional job!

July 2024 I'm back with another review! All I can say is that this office is outstanding, and Donna Engel, our agent, is simply...GREAT. Recently I had several iterations of trying to buy a new vehicle, and transferring my existing policy to the new vehicle. Donna was really incredible...and patient. She took care of everything and even handled a call late on a Friday when the car dealership needed more (mostly useless) information. We would not have been able to drive the new car home the same day if not for Donna's efforts. I've been with State Farm for decades, and this office and Donna are the best experience I've ever had, and are the reasons I stay with State Farm. Simply GREAT GREAT GREAT customer support! jeff
Well this is a year later, and I decided to give this office another review. We continue to be extremely happy with Brian Glaeser State Farm.
We still give them 10 stars out of 5.
Donna Engle, our agent for a couple of years now, is the best agent we have ever had (and we have had a lot of agents over the years...). She responds immediately to all of our inquiries, and she has never failed to offer us the most competitive cost on our policies. We could not ask for a better agent and insurance office. Donna is the best, and this office is the best.

Brian Glaeser State Farm is an awesome office to work with. I have several policies with them. For starters, State Farm is always competitive price wise. Secondly, I mostly work with Donna at this office and she is excellent. She is extremely responsive, informative and helpful. And if by chance she is out, the other staff steps up and always provides great service to us. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. jeff

I’m a Local musician that uses my van to tour and stay in when I’m out of town playing shows was hit by a drunk driver March 17th and the Lack of communication and help with the total loss has been horrible! State Farm is comparing the van to ones that are low roof and have 100,000 miles more than what my van had on it. I wish the local office would help advocate for me! The girls in the local office seemed stressed out and overwhelmed. They have been unable to help guide me through this and have made it difficult for me to continue to do my job and provide for my family. I’ve attached some photos of the comps they are comparing and the van I had for reference. Really frustrated with how the local office has handled this!

Brian Glaeser office of State Farm has been absolutely wonderful for me! His office and some staff members like Margi Pope has helped me find the right insurance for my home and getting all the paperwork sorted out and organized for me. I use State Farm (Brian Glaeser office) for my car insurance and his office has worked with me on getting all my payments worked out. I recommend his office without hesitation!
