I went to repair my phone, I paid in full since he had to order the part. He message me the part was there so i ask how long would it take and he was saying something about leaving the phone and had to be at the store for 8hours , i called him and ask why he didnt mention that before (I said that in a normal way not screaming or anything just asking normally) i had that done before and wasn't that long.. he went off on me was screaming, he was very very disrespectful saying bad words to me and he sent me to the D…..g and refunded my money and hung up on me. He said i was making people waist their time..(not true or I would not pay in advance) and I never said I didn’t wanted done but seeing how he treated me without a valid reason I decided not to do it with him and get my refund.

It is unfortunate that the situation I went through today requesting a service in this place leads me to share my otherwise super unpleasant experience. The man who claims to be a manager verbally attacks and offends 68-year-old and female clients, as happened with my uncle and me today, 05/25/2024. It is inconceivable that someone so arrogant, disrespectful and unpleasant would be the face in this office of a company that prides itself on providing security and quality in its services.

My experience was the worst I have had in my 62 years. The bald man, why don't I know his name, is a rude lack of respect, he treated me so badly that I left and opened an account with the metro, if they know how to serve the public, thank you, I hope they take measurements God bless you
