I got my car back and my car looked brand new, I appreciate John and his staff for their help. I will definitely be referring people to Advanced Collision Specialists in the future.”

“5 stars is not enough for this wonderful company. Their product and service is above and beyond first class. Mya was knowledgeable in all aspects of the process and services they offer. Super accommodating, as they provided me a loaner car while my car would be with them for 3 days and I live 2.5 hrs away.
Upon picking up my car Mya was very thorough with what was done, what was expected of me and how to care for my car in the future. They also provide a take home car care kit with all full.size product for washing the car and caring for the interior.
I couldn't have asked for a better, affordable experience for my vehicle to be ceramic coated, ppf, and window tinting.
I also had the pleasure of meeting Mya's father who owns the establishment. He was just as nice, kind, and genuinely interested in making sure all my questions and concerns were addressed.
I will highly recommend Naples ceramic coating. You won't be disappointed.”

“Really pleasantly surprised by this place. They gave us an estimate, but we couldn't bring the car in for a few months. When we did, they kept the estimate the same for us, and gave us a time frame of a few weeks. They finished it far faster than expected, walked us through the repairs, guarantee those repairs for as long as we have the car, and also told us we can bring it to any location should we find any issues. The work was top-notch and everyone we encountered there was very professional and personable. Can't recommend them enough based on this experience. I hope they are always like this (though, obviously, I hope not to have to see them very often)!”

“Service advisor seems to have done his job but when asked to address certain issues or provide quotes on fixing a cosmetic issue, the service dept as a whole left that issue even more damaged as if it was intentional and vehicle given back entirely filthy on outside with a wash notation left on dash. Highly unlikely to return to this dealership.
Update!! Matt the Service Manager stepped in to address the situation and help remedy the issue with my vehicle. I am happy with the service Matt was able to provide which has helped me change the status of my review.”
