Went in looking for a washer and dryer. Salesman asked if I had questions. I had already looked on line and knew what I wanted. He said nothing was in stock (not just what I had chosen). I asked when it would be available and he left. Came back and said it's not in stock. I again asked when it would be available and he shrugged his shoulders and said "4 weeks". He then walked away. I'm sorry I "bothered" him. This was the Naples, Florida store.

Bill Smith Appliances, Naples, sold me an outside ice maker which failed 2 years later. To replace it they quoted me a price that was over $1,000 more than Good Deals Appliances in Naples!! They lie in their advertising that they are the lowest price guarantee! Good Deals was great! They came and installed the ice maker. They came back 2 more times to customize the difficult installation immediately...with NO EXTRA CHARGE!! They are the best!

My husband and I were on the hunt for a new dishwasher and refrigerator 12/30/23. First stop. Bill Smith, Neapolitan Way, Naples, FL. There were 4 salespeople working. Not one other person in the store!!! A salesman came up to myself and my husband asking what we were looking for. I told him a Bosch dishwasher. We saw one we liked and asked him if the price was the bottom line. His reply yes and it will take 4-6 weeks to have it delivered. Not one more word came out of his mouth. Not can I show you something comparable, not is there anything else you are looking for, not how are you today, not we are having a new year sale soon, not how was your holidays, not have you been to any other appliance dealers as we can match their price. NOTHING. Note to owner, do yourself a favor hire better salespeople. You lost a great sale due to horrible service. Went to Good Deals and bought a Whirlpool dishwasher and refrigerator. Salesperson was wonderful. Gave us the sales price before it was on sale. Spent a lot of time with us and answered all our questions. Spent $5000.00 and bought 2 great appliances with 5-year warranty. Do yourself a favor skip Bill Smith and go right to Good Deals. Oh, we received our appliances within 5 days with no wait.

I have been a loyal customer of Bill Smith's since 1996. I will not be a loyal customer anymore. Their quality of service has deteriorated. I have gotten a run around from the service department with my TV.

I purchased 4 GE Appliances at Bill Smith Appliances last week. The refrigerator, range, dishwasher, and microwave got delivered and installed. The freezer portion of the fridge was not working. They came back the next day and removed the inoperable fridge and replaced it with a brand new one. They also wrote me a check for $100 for the lost food in my freezer. I spoke with Phil Irish from Bill Smith Appliances. The customer service was phenomenal. I could not have asked for a more outstanding experience with such a large purchase. I highly highly recommend this appliance store.

Bought a range from Bill Smith appliances about 9 months ago while redoing our kitchen in North Naples. Good experience and good price. But… the reason you do business with them instead of a big box store is the service. After two hours online couldn’t figure out how to operate the self clean/self steam. Called Valley was fantastic. Pulled up my model number pulled up my manual and walked me through it. Fantastic service will only do business with them in the future.

I purchased a new dishwasher in Oct 2022. Last week it stopped functioning. I called Bill Smith and the next day and the repair man told me it was the electronic control panel. They would contact me when the part was available. I have called the service department twice, and they have indicated they do not have the part and they have no idea when it will come in, but will notify me when it does. They will not call the parts department, nor can I, to check on the status of the order. They have no idea when the repair might take place. I called Steve Nielsen, the assistant manager at Bill Smith Naples, the sales person from whom I bought the dishwasher. He told me it could be six weeks or six months before the repair can be completed. There is nothing that he can do about it. I am not sure what is worse, GE appliance that fails in eight months or the appliance store that will assume no responsibility for the sale and will make no effort tory to expedite the repair. Consider this when you are about to purchase an appliance from Bill Smith.

We purchased GE Profile appliances and we love them. The delivery and installation went perfectly. The men were very polite and very neat. They were in and out with no problems.Our sales person was Steve Nielsen. Steve was very helpful and responsive from start to finish. I would recommend speaking with Steve if you need new appliances. I would definitely go back in the future.

I try to support our local businesses so B.S was my first stop for a fridge for my rental property.I was told all sales people were busy and take a look around. I found what I needed and headed to the desk. The guy starts to ring me up and I asked when it will be delivered. He told me he can’t tell me as ‘he would be lying’. Something about the entire industry is backed up and it could be weeks or months but he can’t tell me at all.I left and within 5 minutes I ordered from Home Depot, same fridge that was delivered 3 days later.Customer service was non existent and obviously the supply shortage is affecting their store only.

Took multiple service tech visits to diagnose the problem with my refrigerator, and multiple calls to the service department, all of whom were either incredibly rude or incompetent. The service manager, Cindy, took no accountability nor apologized for any of my experiences- only continually placed the blame on Bosch and asked, " So what do you want ME to do about it?"They've lost my entire family (potentially friends & neighbors as well) as return customers for almost 30 years and I suggest anyone considering Bill Smith Appliances to shop elsewhere too.
