“Been meaning to write a review for a while. Big Mommas is a good 35+ minutes from my home but it is the only shop in town I’d go to. Super friendly and understanding, took the time to help get a new bike properly tuned up as well as add a front mounted seat for my toddler. There are so many bike shops, and the 4 I went to prior to Big Momma’s were rude or acting entitled. One particular store in the collier/immokalee area made me feel as though I was a burden to them asking questions…… not Big Momma’s! Thanks again for the amazing customer service!”

“Amazing shop! I flew into town for a charity bike ride the next day (Brotherhood Ride). I had a major issue that would have stopped me from riding. They dropped everything to fix it for me, and did the work for free. Great people and service- I wish I lived around here so I could use them all the time!”

I brought my bike to them, I had been having issues shifting, another name brand store couldn’t figure it out. The mechanics at The Bike Route solved it and charged me a very reasonable price. They explained exactly what they did.

I had a question regarding my Garmin Vector 3 pedals that two other stores had been unable to answer; the mechanic immoderately knew what I was looking for he pulled up 3 options to replace the housing unit.

I am very satisfied with the service, and the quality of work they performed.

Previous to coming to The Bike Route, I had taken my bike to a name brand shop in south east Naples, I had 3 subsequent trips back and the issues were not being fixed.I recommend The bike Route over the other bike shop.”

“My beloved Bianchi Infinito CV was stolen from my Chicago condo in March '23. I tried to replace it thru the shop where I bought it - but the owner retired and closed (she tried her best to redirect me). In the months that followed I contacted Bianchi USA and dealers in the States and Italy - NO ONE could get the bike I wanted. Production is very limited and dealers all over the world are trying to get these bikes. Greg & Sue Pelican wouldn't promise me any miracles, but placed order in for me in Nov. 2023 and stayed after the mfr. reps here in the US until we took delivery in August '24! Here are some pics of my beautiful Specialissima in traditional Celeste color...so happy I waited. Greg & team personally fitted me in the store, explained accessory options, trimmed my seatpost and got me riding again! I'm so lucky to have Naples Cyclery just 5 miles from my Florida home. It's our "go-to" for morning meetups, maintenance, repairs or advice. 5 stars!”

“I took my very old but lightly used Specialized Rockhopper in to Cycle Shack yesterday for new tubes and tires. Teddy looked it over on the spot, and took the time to point out and explain several additional tune up and replacement items that were also needed. It was all completed within 24 hours and I am now enjoying smooth rides on a ‘good as new’ bike! Much appreciated. Jim Brook”
