They replaced 2 doors on my Mercedes E-350 and it’s immaculate like out of the show room. You can’t tell the difference in the paint and Brian knows his Mercedes Benz.

I honestly was hoping for a better experience... I've driven by this business basically everyday for two years and there have consistently been some pretty nice used Mercedes in the lot. I was determined, once the warranty ran out on my 2017 E400 Cabriolet that I would bring my car here for service.I noticed a funky clunking noise in my front end, and was able to leave it there for three days. After calling in once, Brian (owner?) was nice enough to call me and explain the issue; Upper Control Arm, that he fixed it, and it was ready for pick up = $483.00 I gladly paid the bill, and told Brian I would bring bringing my car to him from all my service needs.When I got home, curiosity told me to look up the cost of an Upper Control Arm online. I found prices from $69 to $99. I was charged $199 for the part alone, with 1 1/2 hr's of labor ($223.50) The next day (Thursday), on a business trip to Sarasota , a 250 mi roundtrip, the original noises were back. I called to speak with Brian to say; I'll be back there in the morning, and the snotty woman who answers the phone (assistant,?) says, "You can't come in until Monday (4 days later). I said; I just gave you $500, I'll be there in the morning.I pull in the yard at 8 AM, Brian meets me and I explain the noises. he says; Nothing's lose, It's probably the rubber bushing hasn't loosened up yet. I haven't had grease under my fingernails since I was 18, but I'm not that dumb either. He then says; Drive it for a few days, it should loosen up. I then have another business trip to Clearwater, a 340 mi roundtrip, and half way there the front end is making more noise that the original issue. I call, and Brian says, bring it in, in the morning (the following Thursday)Friday, Brian calls and says, the car is ready. Apparently it was a defective Upper Control Arm as he explained that it was a warranty replacement (?) While I didn't want to give the guy a hard time, I thanked him and left. I live 4 miles from this shop, and when I pull into my driveway, I notice my floor mat has grease all over it (see pic) as well as there were Grease-Fingerprints on the drivers, and passenger door and grease on the rug on the drivers side (I have a creamy beige interior with light beige carpet) . Maybe it's just me, but wouldn't you check to see if the car is clean and representative of how you would like to be thought of, and clean any grease "You find" before handing it back over to the customer???Again, he does service some pretty nice vehicles, buy in the future, mine wont be one of them!

I got an oil change on Monday and I was so impressed! The staff is friendly, the price was stellar, the waiting room is clean with a great atmosphere and the techs cracked me up. Paula was sweet and understanding and Brian(? Dark hair with a pink and black MB shirt I was super jealous of) went above and beyond while answering my questions. Definitely using them from now on. But as much as I enjoyed the service and shop, Louie the attention seeking cat was the best part :PService: Oil change
