Today I visited with Alicia Lara in the office regarding a problem I was having with special assessments for my condominium due to the hurricane. I found her to be very knowledgeable and patient as well as helpful to get to the bottom of my problem. She seem very respectful and willing to go the extra mile in order to clear up my problem. To be honest with you she is the only one that I feel not only comfortable with, but also willing to go the extra mile to get an answer. Anyone having to work with her I’m sure is amazed, how polite, courteous and willing she is as well as smart, and knows who to contact. In order to help her client.

Josh made the entire process of getting a quote and signing up for a policy incredibly smooth and painless.From the very first call, Josh was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to understand my coverage needs. He explained all the different options clearly and made recommendations tailored specifically for our family.Being able to save money while also having an easy, pleasant experience getting set up is pretty rare when it comes to insurance providers. Belinda's Office is GREAT!! They are always so pleasant to talk to on the phone when I need anything. I just recently switched over because Joshua was able to save me a bunch of money by switching from USAA. Joshua saved me almost 2k a year on my auto insurance! We now have both our Home and Car insured with Belinda, thanks to Joshua! Call them for anything and everything!
