I could not recommend this bank to anyone. I have banked here less than a year and have had THE WORST customer service. Every single person I have dealt with so far has been totally condescending and rude. I won't go into detail but even with telephone records to present to them they WILL NOT fix something they screwed up. They find all the excuses and when you present them with facts and proper documents they beat around the bush and refuse to acknowledge it. Chip is one of the most condescending, he does not let you get a word in inch wise over the phone. Then when requesting to close an account they hold you hostage with fees. Absolutely terrible way to do business. It wasn't until I started asking for supervisors names and numbers they reached out to me via telephone, once on the phone I was hung up on twice they claim it was a line issue but two times back to back? I highly doubt it and can't believe it after the way I was treated. My advice is to bank elsewhere.
