This center was not a great place to visit prior to the new Manager that is in place currently, Caz Ferreira. He is outstanding and I'm certain will provide quality customer service!

Based on the positive reviews we drove a little further than we needed to open an account.The branch is extremely pleasant and the staff moreso. We were immediately greeted by the branch ambassor who passed us on to Donovan Facey to assist us.The process was smooth, painless and extremely quick.On leaving I expressed my sentiments to the manager Caz Ferreira who was very appreciative of our business.

I was delighted! Went to open an account, line was pretty long, standard B of A stuff, no expectations. Then the BAMerillLynch person came out, got me and I opened an account in just a few minutes, great service, nice person, lots of useful info and no hard cross sell. Thank you, Local B of A Merrill lady!

What is wrong with this branch I have the worst luck here. Their ATM ate my checks and the phone customer service line was a disaster. It might just be Bof A as a company overall, but this branch doesn't have a good track record. Work on making sure your equipment is in working order folks!

The bank was closed and my Tangerine and Scotiabank cards would not work at this location. Otherwise it seems to be a nice bank, with sufficient parking and easy drive through access.

I was at this branch wanting to get a temporary debit. I walked in, there was no sign in sheet, no one greeting you or asking what service i needed. I stood there for 15min waiting for some one to free up. After waiting and still no was available to help. I walked out. Worse BOA branch i have been to.
