The level of incompetence at this branch can honestly not be measured. Did not realize how terrible it was until I finally left. Just as a bonus, the hours could not get any worse, they are horrible even by banking standards. Crazy teller lines, no drive-through’s and they constantly tell you to use mobile banking whenever you go in there.

Great customer service! Rueben was extremely helpful!Was greeted cheerfully when I arrived. And always have friendly service with the tellers.My only gripe is they never answer the main phone line.

This is no longer a BOA! Needed cash ASAP, drove 4 miles there only to find out it is now a Fifth Third.. I should be reimbursed the $3. 75 fee I had to pay as I had no time left to drive to the other nearest Bank only to find out that is not BOA either!

absolutely the WORST bank of america location in SWFL. the workers are so rude & completely incompetent, i have no clue how they were all hired. every single one of them! the ATM is constantly broken & they don’t even service the machines, a different company does so if your money or card gets eaten they basically say not our problem. one big lady with black hair was SO rude to me i took my cash out right there & opened an account with suncoast in the same plaza. they were so polite & said so many people come in complaining about this location. if you chose to bank with them, just avoid this location at all costs!

I agree with everything that others have written and I'd like to add that even with their shortened 7 hour work day, 10:00 - 4:00 which are NOThelpful for all those who work 9:00 - 5:00, this BOA can't even stay openuntil 4:00 which is posted on the door.I was there at exactly 3:55 last Friday, April 21st. The doors were locked, no one was inside and the lights were out. There was NOTHING posted on the door saying that they would be closing early. For the bank to be shut down that tightly they had to have left long before I arrived. Closing at 4:00 means closing at 4:00, not 3:45 or 3:50 or 3:55....not even 3:59. It means 4:00!The BOA, Kings Lake Square, Davis Blvd., Naples FL had great cutomer and is the one that should have stayed open, and BOA on Radio Road closed.

After years of banking with Bank of America I was ready to close my account. However I decided to keep it due to the incredible service that the bank manager provided me with I have decided to keep my relationship with this bank and as well have decided to refer this specific location to my employees all thanks to the outstanding service from the manager Mariah. Thank you very much and look forward to doing more business together.

This side of town in Naples right here on SantaBarba/Radio Rd is the Worste in Naples. The women barely speak English and act as if they are the only person in their family to have ever worked with an arrogance that stinks and it's real. You would think they got a job s the President and are ambassadors from their countries of origin. It's a Joke and that my closest location. Naples is a Joke in Large.
