1st time here. I'll be back. I had a 1:30 appt. They took my car right away without delay. Inspection identified a couple of things, but no pressure to have anything done right away.

Being new to Naples I didn't have a clue where to have my car serviced. In April I needed a tire looked at for a slow leak. I called and they told me they could look at it later that day. It was a stem issue and they repaired it on the house. Wow, who does that? They also did a complimentary safety inspection. I wasn't in the position to do the recommended work at that time and there was no pressure. While I waited I watched as they assisted another customer. They were so kind and honest with her about what repairs she needed and could hold off on. I was inpressed.Fast forward to last week, I had the work done and was completely satisfied from start to finish. You have a customer for life, Thank you!

I was given an extremely high repair estimate from a local auto dealer. Had some work done on my Honda at Happy wallet. They did extensive comprehensive job in which I was completely satisfied. They issued me a report on my car free of charge along with my service. Family run business is a step above most places I've ever been. I highly recommend an automotive repair shop that has transparency consideration and concern. It felt obvious that they were trying to build a customer relationship with honesty and integrity. Which is most unlikely at any auto repair shop in the world that I have encountered. First of all, I want to give the biggest THANK YOU to Happy Wallet. Not only for fixing my car, but for providing flexible timing.Second, to everyone else reading this, my car was in an extremely unfortunate situation, to say the least: God is good; no one died, and Happy Wallet repaired my a/c & heating, my front brakes, the control arms, the lug studs, dust shield, ball joints and rotor for a very affordable price. I was tested by God again and underwent another financial and emergent challenge, with grace Happy Wallet accommodate to my needs by giving me time to recollect myself in order to retrieve my vehicle and they made my stress manageable. I used to struggle with my anxiety, but I really felt like I was in good hands. Thankfully, my car runs very well and I have not had any concerns with their results. I called to see if any openings over weekend because my air conditioner needed recharged and it was 99 degrees outside! The lady said she couldn’t get me in until Monday but said she was going to check her other locations. She then told me if I was able to head over right now they could get me in! Wow!!
