Audi Naples has a great service department, from the moment you drive up to the service drive there is someone there to direct you where to go and takes care of any details the the service writer needs. I work with Drew whe is a pleasure to talk to, he always answers all my questions in a professional & courteous manner and communicates well.
I highly recommend Audi of Naples service department

DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE! My daughter had a scheduled appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. It took 3 hours for this scheduled service. She left the dealership and got 3 miles down the road and noticed a “SOS MALFUNCTION” warning on her dash that only the dealership can remove. She called and they informed her it would be at least an hour before they could even look at her car. She went back and fortunately they got her right in and did whatever they needed to do to remove the SOS MALFUNCTION warning. She then got to I75 and the car which had no vibration in the steering wheel or the seat had a terrible vibration in both the steering wheel and the seat. She took her car to a local Tire Choice as she did not trust the service at Naples Audi. Tire Choice advised her that two hub cap spacers had been broken. We called the manager to advise him of the situation and he was nice and offered to correct the situation but at this point we had lost trust in Naples Audi service technicians. DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE!
