I had a truly great experience at Audi of Naples. We worked with Trevor and I was so impressed! He found the perfect vehicle for me and he was so knowledgeable about every model. He got everything setup for me, showed me how to use all the features and even checked in after the sale to see how it was going. Great dealership all around. Highly Recommend!

Our experience started with Andrea Krumin (Brand Specialist) assisted us in tracking the new vehicle, trade-in and purchase. Andrea is professional, timely & precise communicator, and places the customer first, and friendly & helpful. Andrea is a true Brand Ambassador. Patti Lowe (Business Manager) managed our financial purchase, title transfer, and the little extras (Audi care, ceramic seal, etc.). She was a good listener and assisted us in getting the best deal for our money. She had a friendly and welcoming smile in all our interactions. Catherine Rodriguez (Audi Brand Specialist) assisted us on pick up day. She helped us manage final payment, key transfers and even went and personally transferred our plate from trade in to new car. Catherine was all about customer first and had a friendly smile. At the end of the day, these three over delivered on our purchase experience; wha a power team. Look forward to working with them in the future.

Look.. not a Naples VW/Audi dealer issue.. the people there are great... especially the VW sales manager, Mickey, Joe the VW salesperson, the two service reps ...Audi and VW both named Andrew.. I've owned/leased 10 VWs & Audis from these two dealers... now drive a Q5 SUV... I had two lemon VW Tiguans in a row... combined in the shop for more than 50 days.. for the two lemons, I had racked up 104 pages of service records. Mickey the VW sales manager got me in touch with VW corporate... and he was extremely helpful. VW provided a 15 % saving certificate after negotiating a great deal with Ronnie... the former Audi manager. So far the Q just had it's 12 mo. 10,000 mile service.. runs like a top.. nice ride, good looking, gets on average 25 MPG.. and thank you guys for the new coffee machines and donuts.. I still miss the bagels (pre-covid). Al Noto

I have been a customer of Audi Naples for 10 years, and recently had an appointment on June 4, 2024, the experience has always been outstanding. The moment I walked in, I have always been greeted warmly by the knowledgeable and friendly staff. They took the time to listen to my concerns and provided expert advice on the necessary repairs. What impressed me the most is the transparency and honesty exhibited throughout the process. Tony Cardinale, my Service Advisor kept me informed every step of the way, explaining the repairs in detail and providing fair pricing options. Not only did they complete the repairs promptly, but they also went above and beyond by performing a thorough inspection and offering preventive maintenance recommendations to ensure the longevity of my vehicle. I highly recommend Audi Naples to anyone in need of reliable and trustworthy automotive services. Service has gone downhill over the past 2 years…where is Joey??? They made numerous mistakes diagnosing what was wrong with my car even though I told them exactly what the problem was.. I had to bring it back 3x. I was told one thing, then when I brought the car in to finally get repaired, I was told something completely different with an updated cost of over $1,000 what was initially quoted…I want everyone to know that Audi Naples’ hourly rate is now $300/hour. This dealership has gone down the tubes…find a good mechanic in town if you want service done right and at a reasonable cost!!! Naples dealerships are a scam!!!
