Horrible customer service on Sunday morning and afternoon. Stopped in needing to upgrade phone, one guy working and all he says is “it’s going to be at least an hour wait”. There was one other person in the store. We ended up going to another ATT location and getting the phone. A few hours later I stop back into this store as it is 3 minutes from my house and I had a messaging problem. Same guy working and all I get is “I don’t have an iPhone so I wouldn’t know how to help. you can call ATT customer service”. I’m choosing to come in because ATT over the phone is so difficult! You work at a phone store and you won’t even attempt to troubleshoot on a slow Sunday afternoon?? Will not be going back there and I have been a customer for over 15 years.

Mike went above and beyond to provide Legendary services for my mother and I, and was fast and proficient. He also made the customers waiting in line feel noticed and made share they knew he was doing his best to get to them asap while taking care of us. Give the man a rise!

There's an employee who works there that's harassing my family by sneaking up on them and screaming nasty words ! Posting on FB about my family he followed us home so he started sneaking into my community talking to neighbors about us I need a manager the employees name is MICHAEL WILLIAM BISHOP every time he's done this he's been in an at&t shirt I NEED A MANAGER TO SPEAK TOO

Andres helped my during my visit. I had a complex transaction given my number of lines but he handled it gracefully and took ownership of my experience by even calling customer service. Thank you so much Andres!

Andres was my associate who assisted In a trade in. The initial transaction was smooth and easy. As we are waited, our new iPhone 14 promax to be shipped to the store. He got confirmation that the phone had some delivery issues due to address, etc.. each time I return to the store I was mortified, thinking they probably think oh my goodness not this crazy lady again! But they never treated me that way, they were kind patient and very knowledgeable. Andres remembered us each time and tried his best to make it as easy and smooth as possible in the last visit to the store. We finally received the phone then we could not get the original phone erased.that’s When Alicia stepped into assist. Both associate even stood late, trying to get us all situated. They showed such amazing customer service. I recommend the store to anyone. TY TY TY!!!

The WORST store you can go to. Even surrounding stores will laugh and say “don’t go back there.” Terrible customer service, terrible reps who will screw you & your account over to get more commission $$$. A year later & still fighting with top management & online customer service about screw ups on my account.

Very happy with the service provided to me at the store. Alicia was very knowledgeable and her customer service to me was outstanding. She went above and beyond my expectations. I honestly say it was a pleasure to have been treated very professionally and at the same time friendly with an honest heart to help me out with my issue and concerns. Very glad I went in and met Alicia. I wish I could have given her 10 stars.

I stopped by this store after spending a month frustrated trying to figure out why I could only send text to iPhone users. I’ve tried the AT&T Store by exit 101 before and they were no help. Anyways I came to this store and Jimmy helped me fix it. He knew what his craft. Help fixed it in no time and I am one happy customer. Thank you so much for doing an amazing job at providing great customer service.

I finally got around to updating my old iPhone 6. For a late Christmas gift. It was no longer supported with updates. And the digitizer was starting to ghost type and buffer the taps. I ended up wanting a new phone with the biggest memory. The sales Momo helped by ordering a phone and it came 4 days later initially they ordered a 13. But I really wanted the 13 pro max they were able to return the old and order the right phone. With Michael Anthony helping to activate it a week later. I've had a few problems initially because with the new phone some how wasn't compatible with my old plan I was told by a good friend who manages store in Milwaukee do not switch my plan no matter what they say. It took about 3 different specialists to review my plan and eventually my persistence paid off. I spent 5 hours on one of the employees personal phone since my phone was being worked on and adjusted. My phone did work for a 3 months then all of a sudden on a Saturday I lost the data side of the plan while my phone still worked. I came back and the staff put me in touch with another account person that explained they will fix it today it required getting an updated plan so I was able to find a plan very similar to the one I had that. The first bill came and I found out that I couldn't get into my account so Mike helped me regain a new password and adjusted things to work greatly. They try their best to fix phone issues but sometimes things are out of there hands. For example our area I have only two towers that are not very close so I'm stuck with no signal in a galvaluminum roof. Unless the phone is at the windows may get 1 bar. At the moment I'm happy with all the services that this location has to offer. It's rarely under staffed with brief waits less than 2 customers long. Always check the tower maps you will have an idea of signal strength especially around your home and work place. 9/2022 Service 5 Location 5 Value 4

Jimmy is amazing, he can multi task and solve everything. The district manager, manager and his girlfriend all took paid time off at the same time. Leaving jimmy to run the store all by himself. Very unfair, he should get double the pay. If soldiers did that they would be in court. Thank you Jimmy anything you need let me know.
