Zoraida was so helpful and nice to us. My wife had lost her phone, and Z stayed with us, helped us locate her phone and then helped both of us upgrade to a new phone. She could not have been nicer or more helpful and more reassuring. She was wonderful!

I arrived early at the AT&T Store in Lely, on Collier Blvd. I waited patiently outside. A female employee, "Z" came to the door. She politely explained that the store would not open for another half hour. However she stood in the doorway very patiently answering my questions. She was cheerful, helpful, polite, and patient. I was thoroughly impressed.

Veronica M was the staff member helping me. She was so drugged up that she was having a hard time staying awake and her eyes kept shutting while she was on the phone trying to resolve my issue (which she was able to resolve). The manager Andres V. was there as well - he obviously knew something was wrong with Veronica. She needs to get some treatment.

An excellent branch store, checked in fast, and Marcus, the manager, was far beyond expectations in customer care and services, extremely considerate with my senior citizen parents, and we were done in 5 min, great job guys

At&t kept messing up my order I wasted 12 hours in total on the phone 4 times.I also went to the store and wasted 3 hours in total.They kept messing up my order and they had to do it 3 times while charging my debit card 3 times. They also had the audacity to say sorry we messed up your 3rd order you can place a 4th order. What????? Absolutely not!!!

I can’t even explain how awesome the man working at this store was. His name is Marcus….when I walked in at opening-there were two people in front of me and I was dreading how long I figured I would have to wait. He immediately started waiting on all of us at the same time-he bounced back and forth between the three of us and quickly helped a few customers that walked in the store!! Thank youuuu Marcus!!!!

I had the worst experience with AT&T the one on Collier Boulevard next to Walmart customer service is horrible I was standing down for 45 minutes no one came to me and asked me if I needed assistant and this one lady I wish I knew her name she’s Horrible trust me don’t waste your time to go to that location waste of time lol way they are even acknowledge
