If you’re looking for Ashtanga (led classes) & Mysore this is the place to go! Amy lucky the owner is a very sweet and knowledgeable woman. I’m fairly new to Ashtanga and she taught me some things I didn’t know before. The vibe is good here and the local yogis are really nice.

Amy and Josh are awesome! I love coming to see them when I'm in town. Studying with them has brought so much to my practice. I always head back to Colorado with a couple key points of focus... 'till I'm back again!
