I am very grateful because this company took the time to seriously consider and research my problem with a Baldwin door lock over 30 years old. I had a real hard time finding a particular part. ABS had it in stock and should be shipping out within one day. Shipping charges were reasonable as were the cost of the product purchase. I will definitely be keeping ABS in mind for future purchases!
