“Carla. Is. Amazing! I’ve wanted to live in this complex for awhile now, and after meeting and working with Carla it was a no brainer. From start to finish, she’s been amazing! She made the process fun and enjoyable… AND the place is beautiful! Not just my apartment, but the whole complex. And all the staff is professional and enjoyable to be around. From Gloria and Kiera in the front office to Darren and Lee in the maintenance department, they all go above and beyond!”

“Although I ended up not filling out a rental application with Jade and found somewhere else to rent I was super impressed by Tyler and the staff and all the remodeling they're doing! Tyler was very kind and showed me around and answered all of my questions. Im sure some people might leave less than a 5 star review over something like a fee to apply to rent, however there is not much out there like Jade that is affordable and well taken care of! Tyler, I pray God blesses you for being an excellent employee and putting others first. I was extremely impressed & if you are someone looking for affordable housing near downtown this might be it. :)”

“I love living in Magnolia Square! I’ve been here nearly a year and have fully enjoyed my experience so far. The grounds are beautiful and the amenities are top notch. I’m enjoying all my neighbors that range in ages, which is also nice to see. It feels like a real community or neighborhood. The staff has been great to work with and maintenance has never been an issue everything I’ve needed. They have met my expectations. Dogs love it here too!Laura”

“Awesome experience finding ourselves at home at Addison place, the staff is always super friendly and accommodating to answer our questions or fix any maintenance issues that arise in a timely matter. We love the amenities including using a gym worth working out in and unwinding by the pool to relax on weekends. We find the community is very friendly inviting and safe and great location.”
