“It has been a fantastic experience renting at Orchid Run. From my very first phone call, Kiara Isales was warm, welcoming and quick to respond to all communication. She answered all my questions and made the process of renting without seeing the apartment first an extremely pleasant experience.
Upon moving in, both Carla Jaquez and Gloria Valverde made me feel immediately at home. The pool and grounds are well maintained. The fitness center has all the necessary equipment. The extras (ping pong tables, hammocks, plenty of open air seating) make this a very comfortable place to relax. The location is fantastic as Orchid Run is super close to I-75, downtown and the beaches.
I highly recommend Orchid Run as a place to live. The apartments are spacious, with upgraded appliances, open air balconies and they are beautifully decorated. Kiara, Carla and Gloria will take care of you and make you feel like family.”
“I love living in Magnolia Square! I’ve been here nearly a year and have fully enjoyed my experience so far. The grounds are beautiful and the amenities are top notch. I’m enjoying all my neighbors that range in ages, which is also nice to see. It feels like a real community or neighborhood. The staff has been great to work with and maintenance has never been an issue everything I’ve needed. They have met my expectations. Dogs love it here too!Laura”

Everything is very well kept, the pool and gym are exceptionally clean, the staff is very friendly! Anna Marks is wonderful and has made our transition very smooth! “Although I ended up not filling out a rental application with Jade and found somewhere else to rent I was super impressed by Tyler and the staff and all the remodeling they're doing! Tyler was very kind and showed me around and answered all of my questions. Im sure some people might leave less than a 5 star review over something like a fee to apply to rent, however there is not much out there like Jade that is affordable and well taken care of! Tyler, I pray God blesses you for being an excellent employee and putting others first. I was extremely impressed & if you are someone looking for affordable housing near downtown this might be it. :)”

“We had an unexpected power outage while cooking due to an electric shock from the stove. I called the maintenance manager, Ray, and he arrived within 10 minutes. He quickly fixed everything, just as he always does. Ray’s prompt and reliable service is truly appreciated!”
