I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Ann Taylor store in Naples and I must say it was an exceptional shopping experience from start to finish. A big part of that was thanks to the great staff.Kara went above and beyond to ensure that I left the store with items that not only fit perfectly but also made me feel beautiful and confident.

After driving out of my way to visit the Ann Taylor at Waterside in Naples, what a disappointment to walk into their store and be completely ignored by five or six sales assistants who were currently on the floor. No greeting, no eye contact, no offer to help and no goodbye when I left! No problem! Naples is full of wonderful stores staffed by caring, helpful and friendly employees. Ann Taylor is not one of them.

For the folks from Canada; please give the store another try, 3 years is a long time to hold a grudge. Was just in there and the staff really go out of their way to assist you. Things I like; the quality of the petite clothing is great, the store is well lit, changing rooms are spacious. As with most petite stores I really wish they had more to choose from.

The older woman at the first desk who looked to be the manager was very rude to the other lady working there who was trying to help me, and then she was rude to me. The store is fine, but the personality of some of their staff is awful.

My wife and I are from Canada and came in for a look for a birthday gift because we don’t have a ann Taylor , lady who’s short and wears glasses with big brown eyes and short grey hairs was very rude and unpleasant to be around!! When you go you will understand. Corporate needs to look into there staff!

They need to retrain their employees on how to treat people. Completely appalled by the two older saleswomen's behavior. One in probably their 50s and another late 60s with brown hair and glasses. We walked into the store 10-15 minutes before closing. Two other female shoppers were in there already and the employees were chatty and lovely to these women. My sister and I walk in and do not even get acknowledged- maybe because we are in our mid to late 20s and don't meet the description of their typical clientele? The one that DID acknowledge us a few minutes later says "umm can I help you?" as she very blatantly peeled back her sleeve to look at her watch. We both said "we know you are closing so we are trying to be fast" - she ignores us. First, we didn't even have to be that considerate because If they wanted to close 15 minutes early, they should have locked their door and I'm sure a lot of shoppers wouldn't even care to say something. My sister has to ask her to put a few pieces of clothes in the changing room. She reluctantly does. My sister goes in and tries on a skirt as I am in the petites section quickly skimming. My sister comes out and asks if she has another size. She looks at her and says "we have whatever's here" and then looks down at the desk. So, my sister walks across the entire store barefoot to get the other size. Are you kidding me??? We have worked retail before and clearly the woman should have offered to get it for her. The other woman could have too who was just standing there. Also, if you really cared about closing earlier, getting the skirt for her would have expedited the process. They were both so rude. We both went into the dressing room and she liked several pieces. We left, because it was exactly 7pm at this point, and handed her the pieces and told her we will get them online since we wouldn't want her to stay too much later. But, I'm sorry, you never know how much money people have just by their age- it's beside the fact, but I could have bought everything in that store and would have not even blinked. Disgusted.

Having sale 40% off and additional 10% if you use banana card. Also, if you buy pants an additional 10%. Got a few things and the quality is great.
