every time i call to pay my insurance, the spanish man who answers the phone just hangs up on me. the amount of times my insurance has lapsed because they just hang up the minute they hear me speaking in english, is ridiculous. my insurance has lapsed every single month because they never take my automatic payments out, and when i try to call i just get hung up on, or transfered fohr or fives times and then hung up on.
