I simply wanted to cancel my service with you, and two separate customer service representatives tried to deceive me, by stating that if I cancel that they would send someone out to dig up my tank. I own the tank. Really un-ethical responses by both of them! I’m glad I moved on to a new service company! Please train your representatives better! Good luck! Paul.

I phoned at 3:36pm and spent 16 minutes in the phone answering questions regarding smelling gas from a known gas leak. I was told to get out of the house and wait for service team. I called again at 4:24pm and was on the call for 9 minutes answering the set of questions and instructions. At 5:16pm. I called again and was on another 16 minutes answering the same questions regarding the smell of gas. It is now 5:55pm, more than two hours later. I am still outside and I am still waiting for the service team to arrive.\\nThis is Amerigas emergency call line.\\nYes I smell gas.\\nYes it is distinctive.\\nYes there is a hissing sound.\\nYour customers are sitting outside !!!\\nFor Two-Plus Hours !!!!

Two trips to replace a leaky pipe. An additional trip to fix a coupling by the repaired pipe. Should have been one service call, not three. Very disappointed.

I had to call in three times and talk to three different reps about my request for service after being disconnected each time. Each time had to repeat identification information and reason for calling taking ten minutes each time. Never did get an answer to my question and after a promise to have a tech follow up with me I have yet to be contacted. This was two weeks ago. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Worse than cable tv customer service and that’s pretty bad!!

You are supposed to advise me in advance when gas is needed but you never do. Last time I had to call, as usual, to let you know that I thought gas was low and it certainly was because I received a large bill, which I have already paid. I also asked to let me know when the driver was making the delivery so he could show me how to read the meter. Nobody knocked on my door or call me at the time of the delivery. You can improve in many areas.
