The Redish Agency is super responsive. I alternate insurance on my cars. One in the north and one in SWFL. They do it with an email very efficiently. They also saved me $1,000 per year on my condo insurance.

Incompetence? This agency sent me an ad for homeowners insurance which included a rate the likes of which we have not seen in southwest Florida for at least ten years. I then provide the agency with additional requested information and they tell me, they have no one writing policies in Lee County. What? This agency sent me the ad to me Lee County home!! What a waste of money and resources. If this place is advertising in places they can’t do business, you have to wonder what other simple tasks they are doing incorrectly.

Alexa is understandably on maternity leave, however, she has let her customers SUFFER! My mother is one of them.

The Redish Agency has been most helpful over the years with our house insurance, especially during the transition to a new company that had taken over our policy, and recently in offering a car insurance policy with Allstate that had the same coverage but at a much lower cost. Will McDonald, I have to say again what a pleasure it has been working with him over the last two weeks. Many of his competitors were unable or unwilling to be responsive to my requests for detailed and then modified information. He preformed with dignity, grace, pleasant, and professional style.
