Regrettably, we experienced unsatisfactory service at this location. We made two reservations, and on both occasions, we faced issues. The first time, our reservation was confirmed in the morning, only to be told later that it had been canceled. The staff member at the counter showed little courtesy and did not offer an explanation. We then approached Avis, who accommodated us with an upgrade and a lower daily rate than Alamo. During our second visit, we were informed that no vehicles were available and that our reservation could not be honored. Disappointingly, we were told to wait indefinitely for a vehicle without any estimate of availability. We canceled our reservation and turned to Hertz, who provided us with a similar vehicle at a lower rate.
I will never use Alamo again!

Disappointing Experience with Alamo Car Rental in Naples AirportI wanted to share my feedback regarding my recent experience with Alamo Car Rental at the Naples Airport. While I had high hopes for a smooth rental process, unfortunately, I encountered some challenges that left me feeling disappointed.My group had made a reservation for a big van well in advance and even reached out to the customer service for confirmation. We were assured that everything was in order and the vehicle would be ready upon our arrival. However, upon reaching the rental location, we were informed that the van was not available.According to the representative, Alamo had attempted to contact us to inform about the unavailability of the van. However, we did not receive any calls or emails regarding the cancellation. This miscommunication put us in a difficult situation, as we had to quickly find an alternative solution to travel to Miami airport to pick up our family.As a result of this experience, I feel compelled to reconsider choosing this particular Alamo location and possibly even the car rental company as a whole in the future. I believe that clear and timely communication is crucial in providing a positive customer experience, and unfortunately, this aspect fell short during my interaction with Alamo.I hope that Alamo Car Rental takes this feedback into consideration and works towards improving their communication processes. It is my sincere wish that other customers do not have to go through the inconvenience and frustration that my group and I experienced.Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Terrible- had a reservation in place for 3 months. -called to check in on it and they had 26 reservations and 3 cars on the lot. I don’t know how these car rentals places are allowed to take reservations when they don’t have cars to fulfill them. No one was helpful or accommodating. Will never use this site again.

I made a reservation and paid for the car, but when I went there they said they didn't have a car because I guess they're not a real car rental company.update,its been 2 weeks but still couldnt recieved my refund.

Your team member August provided an exceptional experience. She was about to go leave the desk to process some of the recently returned rentals but turned around to help me at the desk with a smile. I paid with miles so she helped look up my final charges and did so quickly. The rental car desk isn’t exactly somewhere you’d like to be stuck for awhile but if I were there for awhile August’s service would have made it pleasant. However, I was only there for no more than 2 minutes. ?

Rented a small pick up truck on January 14th. I saw the trunk dirty with cement leftovers but I thought that would be the only problem. The interior of the car is as filthy and bad smelling. It needs deep interior cleaning. Staff was mocking me about it. Extremely unpleasant experience.

Very irresponsible company and employees. It’s been almost 1 week since I returned the car I rented just for 2 days. They have already charged me for the car, but still keep my deposit on pending. I call them 5-6 time a day during the working hours, but nobody answers.

Sweet lady at the counter! My rental broke down and she quickly got us into a new car. Then she got us into a second new car because the first had a dead battery.
