Seems like they’re always shortstaffed. People who work there are always behind the register so getting help or asking. Questions is very difficult.
They do have good selections of liquor, but unless you’re going in for a specific bottle, there are better places to shop. Their reward system is a joke.

I'm not a drinker. But I needed to buy my pal a 40th birthday gift. I decided that I needed an interesting bottle of Scotch and a special bottle of Irish Whiskey. A man at ABC Fine Wine & Spirits helped me locate what I was searching for. I have no knowledge about fine scotch & Irish whiskeys. The man gave me some good options. I had one scotch in mind already from some advice from his wife, and they had several choices of that brand at several price points. I never knew there were so many options of Scotch and Whiskey available. They have something for everyone. From $10 to $1000.If you're searching for drinkable gift, this is your place. Wines, Spirits, and everything in-between. Thank you for your help.

I recently purchased a case of wine and a few bottles of liquor using a credit card. All purchases were supposed to receive a discount. When I checked out I saw there was no discount price listed for the purchases. I asked about it and was told by the check out person that that’s the way their system worked but the discounts would be applied later. After 4 days my purchase was finally processed and there were no discounts applied. This is the first and only time I will shop at ABC and I caution others on this devious practice.

Love, love, love ABC. They almost always have a knack for hiring the best people. Unfortunately, this location hired a lady from Massachusetts who is rude and confrontational.I was tolerating her rudeness fairly well until my screen told me that my credit card transaction was approved, I took the high road and thanked her, and then she responded, “Do you want to pay for that?”I told her what my screen said and asked her what else she wanted from me. She then punched a button and got confirmation on her side. A halfhearted, “Sorry” was uttered, but by then I had already felt like I was accused of theft.
