THEY have the WORST customer customer service I have paid over 50% of my items & they have defaced my property! They have ONE particular GUY that will come to ur door & BANG & BANG like he is like the police! He will come 3 times a day! Even if u pay! If u come into a simple hardship, they DONT CARE! If u pay them what u can! They are EVIL STAY STAY FAR FAR AWAY! Especially from Naples, FL! They will deface your deface your property! And then leave then leave the garage afterwards!

Only shop here if you want to get a low quality product that’s insanely overpriced. Also if you dislike the product they demand you pay for it to return it. I called the 1-800 number and they said that was not the case. Then the manager called harassing saying we had to pay. They need to fire the three employees I had the misfortune speaking with. The 1-800 employees are wonderful tho. Buy from any other location than this.

Got a bed set , the bed Frame looked good on show floor. When it was put together at home it was garbage.Anytime you got in bed it made noise squeaked moved. It was not sturdy.. I called up to return. Was told no -read contract it’s rent to own. I thought rent you could return if you don’t like it. Not the case I told basically too bad. Dont shop there trust me it’s not a good deal. Read contract because they will throw it in your face if you have problem.** Tip- Take a look at Facebook Marketplace in your local area. You will get deals on furniture

This store has given me the worst experience. I’ve been trying to return the rental for almost two weeks the store manager Jose actually said I had to keep it for a longer time and pay for it and if I didn’t he would send me to collections WOW TALK ABOUT TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.I called corporate they have been trying to meditate getting the regional manager to call me NO ONE HAS CALLED. Needless to say I still have this furniture no one has called. DO NOT RENT FROM THIS STORE . Worst customer service EVER…

There’s absolutely no reason that we have to be called 11 times a week for a payment when we are bi-weekly. My bedroom furniture is at $3000 retail value and it’s already falling apart due to the cheap material that was used and was fooled into believing I wouldn’t have issues with the wood.

By far the worst people I have ever had to deal with and I am from NYC. The manager is unprofessional,rude and disrespectful, they harras with calls and knocking on the doors days before payment is due (my payment is due the 14th its the 11th) And change prices asking for more money then the CONTRACTED PRICE. What kinda scam is that???? Thats called stealing!!! I will be making a formal complaint.

I have been a customer of Aaron's for lots of years now. But today was by far my best experience. I really wanted and needed a new TV for my living room , I went online and saw what I wanted, I ended calling the store and Jeff helped me , he was so professional and super attentive as always , without any delay 1 Hour later I have my new TV installed. The delivery guy was super professional, and nice . THANK YOU Jeff your the best ?
