I went into this store to leave my package and to give you the receipt for the package they charge $ when other Pack & Ship never charge it. And the customer service is terrible.

Tried calling to ask questions and the lady answered the phone in Spanish. I thought I called the wrong place and told her I don't speak Spanish. Tried explaining my situation and clearly told her my son would be bringing important documents that need shipped to North Carolina overnight, and she asked if they were going to California?? Noooo...Then after correcting her and asked her about taking payment over the phone, she asked what's the problem? Good Lord, what a joke! I wouldn't trust this place!

Unfortunately my experience is REALLY BAD I send a certified mail 3/5/2024 today is May 2 -2024 letter can’t be found call post office did a claim and documents not showing anywhere. Sadly love to support small business but this time I can’t. Please be aware

I too, got burned by the charge you for any and every service. $2 to print a label and another $1 to drop off. You would figure if you are using one of their services or purchase to mail usps, it would be free drop off, NOPE! NO FREE DROP OFF FOR YOU! They hardly speak English in addition. Do not go there!!!!!

Best pack and ship in the area. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hours are great - open past 5pm and on Sundays.Added bonus, you can pick up paletas here!

Ownership must've changed. With the previous owner, customer service went with her too. This place is HORRID. Don't go there, please. Definitly go to the place next to Publix across the street.This place charges money to DROP off USPS - JUST to DROPOFF a Piece of Mail?! Nope. Hard to understand employees/staff too. Regardless of that- TERRIBLE SERVICE. SCAMMERS! Servicio Es Terrible!

Horrible customer service. Avoid this place at all costs. Nasty attitude from employees/ owner i don't know what he was. & Yes they do charge to ship prepaid packages.

Don’t go here. Highly recommend going across the street where they WONT charge you to ship items you already printed labels for. This place will charge you extra in top of postage.

Went by to drop off a prepaid UPS package and asked for a receipt and he was going to charge me a dollar for the drop off, so I left. It’s not the money, it’s the principle.

Please, don't even bother going to that place. One day they cool off and compliment you and the next they kick you out (perhaps for not paying attention to them). How sad to run a business like that.
