Came to check this store out as it just opened in my neighborhood.
I would not expect this but came their with a buddy of mine and the cashier was being antisemitic to my friend, who was wearing a Star of David. Cashier refused to sell anything to him without explanation. It’s sad that something like this could happen in a 7-Eleven.

Very bad service q I went today with my autistic sun he was crying and the cashier told me very rudely to get out is a Cuban guy that works there I hope the owner those something about itNot. Going there never again use to be my suns favorite store to buy candy’s also the other employers know us for a very long time because we always go there

This was by far the dirtiest 7-Eleven I've ever visited. All of the drink stations looked similar to this. There is no prepared food. I only saw one associate who stayed behind the register the whole time on their phone even while checking me out she was sending text messages. Needless to say this evening when I came back through the same area I stopped at Circle K. Which appeared 100 times clearer!

Apparently between 3am-5am it is cleaning hour but there is no cleaning being done. The door is locked and the employee is making 7/11's gourmet meals. I dont know when 7/11 decided to switch to a full service restaurant but it has gotten really frustrated due to the employee ignoring the customers so they can microwave all the food.

Went in to get a sandwich and a few other items and as soon as I walked in the cashier was just focused on watching me instead of taking care of other customers. When I came to the register with my items and asked him to heat up my sandwich he told me that he turned off the press (which I saw was on) and told me use the microwave. I told him that I've worked at 7 eleven before and knew that the press stays on and proceeded to tell him he's not good at his job and than he refused me service. After I told him that was fine and wanted to know his name to talk to his manager he than threatened to call the cops on me. Overall I left very unhappy and would like managment to take care of their employee. Very unprofessional.

It's always a ver busy store with inside and outside sales. The lines tend to be long but the customer service is really good

The lady there is so rude and does not know how to do her job ! Very rude when you ask her questions and is really nasty to costumers iv seen it and iv experienced it someone needs to fire her !! That should not be a person working with people she doesnt even have well enough english !
