It's supposed to be 24 hours, I just went and it's 2:40 am, the door is closed and the employee refuses to open it for me and reluctantly, the worst service from a 7eleven I've seen in a long time

I go in the store there's two cashiers there one girl and one boy there's two guys behind me and I'm sitting there with the scratch-off ticket tapping the counter the one guy he just looked up at me like I was crazy the girls watching a movie on her phone is 6:15 at night and they could be cleaning or something so they're getting paid to watch movies and he grabbed my scratch ticket being very rude

Terrible service, the cashier focused on the cell phone kept me waiting, he was wrong, I charged more than what I bought, be careful with the purchases and what they charge you, and he is angrier.

Rude employee trash cans over flowing and store had no food up at 1130 am n 1 cashier was left to run the line out n the other proceeded to act like she was busy coffee tasted 3 days old good thing I only stop here once in a while for has the cashier yelled t me saying they don't have No gas for me literally walked away when I came to the register refused to Waite on me thanks Jen was her name I work for 711 not the way astore should treat customers

Needless to say the costumer service isn't the best, but you can't expect much from a 711. Now for some random reason this 24/7 (supposedly) 711 starts closing up at random times during the night, all the while blasting music inside & seeming movement. I go to this 711 every night, I live down the street and I simply walk there for every little need every day. The store has every light and sign showing it's open, the GPS says it's open, all 711s are 24/7. I don't know when the employees started doing this but it's random times and it's very inconvenient.

Air pump is broken I got ripped off 2.00 please fix the issue and I was not happy about the attention of the employee that was working today he should have refunded me 2.00 he gave me a attitude like what are I supposed to do type response totally disappointed in the customer service I just need me money back as I spent my last on air for my bike tire I know retail and all about 711 and different owners I was not treating with respect and that is sad I will remember that before I walk back into another 711 in Naples Florida I feeling disappointed by this how can you run a business when you ripped a coustomer off it is wrong and against the law hope you learn something from me complaint.

I made a debit load purchase for $400 and the cashier (Christine) decided to hold my change for over 5minutes because she didn’t know where she put the money I just gave her. She then proceeded to accuse me of stealing the money back in front of the other customers and then told me “f**k me and get the f**k out her store!”she called her manager and told her “theirs a black guy here and he stole $400 back after he paid.”police were called and to add insult to injury I was banned from the store and told if I come back I will be thrown in jail!!! Racial discrimination at its finest 2021!!! I’m never going back

This afternoon I when to this store and I was buying 2 bottles of water and a lottery scratch ticket I said # 21 and he gave a 25 so I said to him that it was 21 but he kept saying in a bad way that I was wrong telling me that I said 25 instead of 21... So I told him to change my ticket and didn't want to sell it to me, I finally gave up and just returned the wrong number ticket and get my money bad.. so this cashier need to be more kind and generous to customer.. btw he was not wearing his name tag I just he is hatian. Make sure let this guys know about being professional at his job.

One of the RUDEST employees I’ve met was Lianne behind the register. No customer service at all and bad attitude. Asked for help and she did nothing at all besides give me an attitude. Anthony on the other hand was such a helpful employee. Read other reviews of this 7/11 and beware of Lianne.
