This place is run down. They skim credit cards to scam you. They are worried about you using the microwave not your credit card information stolen.

I Purchased a Cup of Coffee and purchased cigarettes. After that the Employee kicked us out cause the employee said so. He wasn't even a manager. This is some bullshit store. Can't even drink a coffee in peace

This is my last time doing business with this store I spend almost 20 dollars a day before I go into work at this store I'm tired of being discriminated against and being told to leave my backpack Infront of the store you guys have no right to tell me to do this I come in every day by now you should know who I am if anyone is stealing from the store you should check your shady employees instead of your once to be loyal customers good bye I'm done I'll buy my stuff from CVS from now on

I made a $9 purchase here.. their machine declined my debit card twice and then finally worked... I found that odd... I woke up this morning and had over $1,000 in fraudulent charges on my account. It makes me wonder if they have a chip reader installed in their card machine?? I won't be going back to that 7-11 again.

Went to get scratch off tickets and asked the cashier if could he tell me what number the tickets were on... He said he didn't know and I asked him could he could look.... His response was so unprofessional... "Do you want it or not..... I don't have to look"..... Then when I asked for his name and a manager... His response was he's the manager and his name is Todd.. Asked for district manager number and he refuse...then proceed to take back my drinks he had already scanned... Some people don't need the be working customer service if that's how they treat you... Will be getting in touch with corporate....
