Out of coffee??

This has to be the dirtiest 7 eleven location I’ve ever seen. They don’t keep up on their coffee station and everything is sticky. I’m glad they were out of coffee, I probably would’ve gotten sick

Bunch of thieves $16 for a iPhone charger that’s not even namebrand in Miami you could get a charger that’s not name brand for 6 bucks at a gasoline station.

Tried using an air dispenser outside to pump up low tire pressure and paid $2.00 in quarters. You guessed it I was ripped off. No air, no out-of-order, no refund.

Pump wouldn't take my credit card outside. I don't like to go inside if I don't have to

I wonder what happen to the 7-11 i grew up with because it isn't here, especially at this location. Half the pumps are only working, they don't issue receipts and when I go into the store, the staff and manager doesn't give me one. I waited twelve minutes once for someone to figure out how to give me a receipt but I didn't receive one. My 7-11 Rewards card can't be scanned at the pump either because the scanners don't work. The food assortment is very poor and when I called the corporate 7-11 office, they took my statement and gave me a case number but never responded to me. After three weeks, I called back and the customer service person said it was closed. No sooner then he said that, I get an email confirmation it was closed so they really don't care about customers or service anymore.

0 for 3I have lived in Naples Park a year now. We have needed refills on our propane three times in that year. I have checked this store first each time and not once have they had a full tank of propane for ne to trade in. Go to circle k or the 7/11 at pine ridge. Employees here are great, but management is not on top of it.

The final straw. I walk in to one of the large truck delivery people being disrespected by one of the counter people that have disrespected me as well in the past. This evening I walk in to buy a couple of snacks, and yet again the person at the counter decides to be insulting after I went to his manager for being disrespectful twice. He then proceeded to walk within 3 feet of my presence. He tried to be intimidating by breaking store policy of being 6 feet apart. He then proceeded to tell me to go ahead and talk to his effing manager because he couldn’t do anything about it. I told him that I will be speaking with his manager the next time I see him for his unbelievable disrespect and if it continues one more time I will be reaching out to the owner of this specific 7-Eleven. Almost everyone else that works there is nothing but polite and friendly. Even the manager is friendly and helpful and jumps in to help his other employees.

No issues. Clean and safe and the gas pumps work. Prices a little high. Easy in and out off the main road.

I work close to here so frequently get the food here but when the person behind the counter grabs your food with NO gloves after cleaning a nasty gas station is absolutely disgusting.

Great for last minute items or quick snack items. Late night cravings are easily met by the storehouse of items.
