This article says it all. This training facility is a nightmare. I literally cry when I think what my darling puppy went through. Please don't take your sweet dog there.

I've been debating on writing a review but my mom just told me this place was shut down. Not sure if that's true but I did see Linda was arrested?? We took our 5 year old German Shepard, Deezel, here after my best friend had recommended this to us after her dog was trained here. Her dog was so calm when we saw him after the training that it sold us. Mind you, her dog has also gone back to some old ways since he left training and that was back in June or July of 2023. My fiance called and talked to Linda (I believe) to get information and told her it's $500 off but ends today so we jumped on the opportunity (still costing over 3k) for their 3 week program. We took Deezel at the end of August and sat with Lilly and talked about what we wanted as far as training and they said there would be no issues at all as they guarantee your dog will be trained. We specifically asked for help with his hyperness, being able to walk him without pulling, controlling himself around cats since we have 2, and his excessive barking. All told this could be done. I honestly didn't have the best feeling while talking to Lilly because she kept talking about other dogs and trainings they did, and it was just too much talking. We heard all these wonderful stories from her, but I felt like they were TRYING to sell us. We were also told we can text anytime to check in. We made a group text with Lilly and we checked in often but would get short answers like "he's great!" And a few pictures - which was nice but I felt she was being really short. I thought to myself, maybe they're busy and to just trust the process but it still didn't sit well with me. I ended up looking at reviews (should've done this beforehand but we were honestly desperate for help) and saw all these horror stories. Our pick up date kept getting pushed back, saying he wasn't ready. After 4 1/2 weeks (picked him up October 3rd 2023) we go back for the "graduation" and I thought Lilly would be there! It was only Anthony. I thought that was weird, after she talked our ear off in the beginning. The "2 hour graduation" was maybe 45 minutes. Although Anthony was very nice and I could see he seemed cared but idk, something was off. We walked our dog back and forth, was shown how to get him to "sit" "stay" "down" with the assistance of hotdogs and an e collar. He said him being reactive to cats wasn't really improved on which was definitely disappointing. We got in the car to take him back to Tampa and I noticed a HORRIDDDD smell, like sour diarrhea coming from Deezel. We were told he was bathed and groomed but we ended up coming home to bathe him. We ended up bathing him another 3 times because it wouldn't go away. Deezel had a look in his eyes like he was sad. I even joked that maybe they hypnotized him. He was doing fine at home, a lot calmer and not much barking like before but he did have diarrhea for a few days so we watched him. He was Just acting like a lazy, sad dog... not what we wanted. I did notice a cpl days after getting home I was outside with him and he went to bark and it sounded like it hurt him. His bark was off. We continued to use the e collar because we were told he responds very well to it and he does but if we didn't have it, he'd be back to his old ways. I do take him on walks around our neighborhood and he has gotten better but again, I need the e collar on him. We were planning to go on a vacation shortly after and asked about boarding him, and Anthony said he would have lily reach out with the pricing but she never did. Never checked in to see how he was doing either, but ok. After hearing Linda was arrested, i knew something is up. We never got a tour or anything when we got there, they took Deezel as soon he jumped out of the car and we didn't see him until we picked him up. I can only imagine what he went thru and what he saw while staying there :( I feel horrible for the other pet owners who had a worse experience than us. We pay a

Additional review and update to Stella H on Maggie. She continues to improve slowly and responds well to all 3 human handlers after she had to go through a mini boot camp after a short period of fun with a visitor who didn't follow through with proper commands and rough house played with Maggie because he could. The follow up training with the 3 of us after her mini boot camp was an integral component to her success. She's obviously treated well during her training because we recently boarded her there for 5 days and when we arrived she leapt out of the van to greet her trainer with her tail wagging vigorously and a ready licking. When she was picked up 5 days later she was a calmer dog, following commands better ready but not super eager to leave. Happy to see me for sure but she was torn between staying with Lily and going back home with me. There's an element of fun with control and a large area to run with sticks that's hard to compete with a yard with a fence, unconditional love, food and treats, lol.

It's so disheartening to hear about the poor dogs that got sick and some even dying at this facility. I took 2 of my dogs in for a board and train a few years back and feel very thankful that Ray Khatibi was there to train my dogs at the time. Ray took good care of them, working with them daily and they both came home as quite different dogs. I wouldn't hesitate to hire him again because of the outstanding experience that he gained while training dogs in Germany. BTW, the photo of the Swiss chalet that this company uses on their social media is VERY misleading. This place is run out of a dumpy trailer!

I can say enough good things about the team at Europrok9. I started my 3 German Shepherd’s in the group protection training I can’t believe the progress in just 3 weeks so I signed up for 6 months and will resign when that time passes. Linda, Cedrik, Anthony and Lilly are there every Sunday to instruct and teach you and your dog. These are 6 star people that will treat you like family from the start. If you are looking to create a dog that will protect you and your family this is the place to go. During these times there is no better feeling to have a guardian at home to keep your loved ones safe. Hope to see you every Sunday morning starting @ 9:30 am. ?rating.

Friendly staff, however my dog only seems to listen to the staff there. When I took her home, I did the routine religiously and practiced with her often, still no results. They took her back over a weekend free of charge to refresh, which I appreciated. However it still didn’t stick. When I shared this concern I was told from a worker “I see her as a dog, not a pet so it might be a dominance issue” which made me think if I didnt treat her like an animal she wouldn’t listen. So if you are taking a PET to be trained, don’t take them here… asked for my money back considering I paid over $3000 for the 3 week program and refunds are not a thing here. I had high hopes since the staff was so friendly but been disappointed other wise.

While I did not have direct dealings with Lily or AJ my daughter, Michelle, did. I do know they went over and above to see that our darling Ginger had a chance for a loving furever home. They worked with her so caring that now she is back with us and is finally realizing this is forever. Without Lily and AJ this would not have been possible. We can't thank them enough and would recommend them to anyone needing help with their puppies and dogs! They are truly the very best!!

Thank goodness that I didn't let the negative reviews keep us from using Euro Pro K-9 Center. The positive reviews on various sites made us decide to give them a try. So far, our experience rates a 5 * review. The phone conversation with Linda was very reassuring. We did the 2-3 week course. She stayed there for almost 6 weeks - because of our schedule after week 4. On our "refresher" return Maggie was so excited to see her trainers, that she literally jumped out of the van and directly into their arms. She obviously remembers her experience fondly. We're happy with the progress our dog has made. She is definitely not done and much work still needs to come. But now we have a loving dog that is gentle with us at home and not a terror at the end of a leash, unless she's provoked. Maggie is a third time rescue. And we knew that if she wouldn't/couldn't change ASAP she was going to have to be euthanized. She's our 5th dog. So, we know how rewarding it can be to have a dog. From what we've been able to glean, she was probably one of the rescues from the dog fighting kennel. The previous owners were octogenarians physically unable to rehab her, so she was left to her own devices. Other than being house broken and sitting to have her leash attached she was out of control; a very strong, lightning-speed wild child. All the negative behavior traits that I have read about applied to Maggie. Our scarred arms and legs bear proof to that. Objective report on our experience with this institution. Did everything that Linda claim would happen come to fruition - NO. There were no frequent video or phone updates of Maggie's progress. However, every call and text I initiated were answered in a timely manner. Lilly was always available for a scheduled conference. Lilly, Brandon and Tony were Maggie's primary trainers. We were invited to go any time we wanted to visit and observe how Maggie was doing. We took advantage of this a couple of times. (Since we'd only had her for less than a week, we didn't want there to be an absence of bonding.) During our visits, she seemed very happy with their staff and didn't mind going back to her personal kennel/cage, which was adequate in size. My only concern were the presence of a lesion on one of her bony leg prominences. This was addressed and next visit it was significantly improved. She appeared to be well fed and hydrated. On one of our visits, we noted that she looked as if she were gaining weight. By the next visit that had been remedied. When we went to pick her up, it was reaffirmed that we could call or text with any questions or concerns. And we did. Since there was still a significant amount of aggression to other dogs and she seemed to be ignoring our commands, we were asked to come back with her and all of her primary handlers for a training session. This 1-hr session with us doing most of the handling in various situations was a boon for our confidence and her response. Night & day difference. (I wish this had transpired when we initially picked her up.) However, at that time we were an hour late, it was extremely hot, muggy and Maggie was not interested in spending much time in the elements working with us. We primarily observed her behavior with the staff and had a few minutes with her on leash. We feel that this was inadequate and set us up for disappointment and near failure. Without this time of owners working and challenging the dog, progress can be very slow, if at all. Lilly and Tony made sure that we understood not only how to command Maggie but why it needed to be done regularly. We came home with basically a different dog. We get many compliments while walking with her and her response to other people and passive events. We still have a bumpy road when it comes to antagonism toward big white birds and especially, larger dogs. She's a runner, and wants to play hard. So, we're not sure that it is aggression or just her eagerness to engage in some rough housing. Either way, it's not acceptable

They went above and beyond for my dog Willow. Willow learned so much through the 2 week training session. She came home practically a new dog. Lovely staff and they know what they're doing.

Great experience. My dog loved the staff. She made several improvements. Above and beyond follow up and a home visit. Highly recommend. The drive out to the farm and the property was lovely. The website is informative and staff gladly answered any addtl questions.Edit: dog was also aggressive in her backyard w animals and people. The home visit along w Ecollar was a much needed education for me, so she doesn't behave that way. She also would not walk on a leash without dragging me even while wearing a lead. Major improvements and correction and she is doing great so far.

I took my two young dogs to Euro pros, my boys struggled so much with leash manners and basic obedience. I could barely walk them before attending the three week program. The trainers Lilly and Anthony were very helpful kept us updated throughout the whole three weeks!Thank you Euro Pros K-9 Center

We took our extremely fear aggressive dog to Euro Pros. We were afraid to go on walks because his behavior was so aggressive. Once Lily and Anthony started working with him, he improved significantly. We have had him back for two days now. He is learning a new environment as we live in a very large and active neighborhood as compared to the Euro Pro property. He does still start to take off after something but with an Easy or Leave It he moves back to his walk. I am sure it is only going to get better. And, we can always take him back for a tune up if necessary. We have already set up boarding for a summer trip. I was always too afraid to board him but now have found a place I trust.
