I’ve also done a review on my local store and I’ll paste it here to because it’s applicable.“Can I give negative stars? I had bought a table and chairs from this store about a year ago. I specifically wanted one that was SOLID wood. The sign on the table said it was solid mango wood. Sales person agreed. So I bought it, and was talked into extended warranty that covers ACCIDENTAL DAMAGE, and would cover anything INCLUDING WATER DAMAGE AND HEAT DAMAGE (both listed on their website as covered and on paperwork)Welp, none of that was true. The warranty guy that came to my home expressly stated that my table is PARTICLE BOARD w veneer and if it was solid wood it would have been way more expensive. This is perhaps the worst purchase/warranty experience I've ever had. None of what I bought is what I got with the product or the warranty. And Badcock will not refund the table, and have declined to warranty my table that was major discoloring and lots of scratches/dents about a year into owning it.Save yourself headaches and your hard earned money and do NOT purchase anything from this store. BTW, I have talked the the store manager of this store and he refused to do anything. I have also talked to George who is a quality manager at corporate and he was zero help and refused to do anything either.I have stopped autopay, and will not pay another penny ever to Badcock on my credit line. I will dispute this with the credit agencies and I am very confident I will have it removed. I will also be disputing every charge I can my bank will allow for the lies about the product and the warranty. I will also be filing a BBB complaint regarding this. And I will be talking to various lawyers to see what can be done legally.”

Our refrigerator stopped making ice. Call the warranty company who sent out a repair man on Dec 27,2021. Who told us it was a coolant problem. Its Jan 10, 2022 and its still broken. Everything in my refrigerator is rotten. My husbands insulin has gone bad. I have 2 children and no way to keep milk or eggs fresh. I have to shop everyday. The repair company says they are waiting on the warranty company to give them approval. That it should be fixed next Wed another 8 days. 23 days without a refigerator, and the warranty company wont reimburse us for the food lost. While we wait for them to approve the repairs. The repair company has had the parts since Jan 3. But warranty tech won't approve repairs because it's more than expected. Calling the bbb.

Have previous bad review as had priblem with a couch that seemed to fall apart discussed situation with corporate office and an employee named Mallory. Was very pleased with her professionalism and the manner she handled my complaints. It’s great to have someone at a corporate office actually follow up and make a concerted effort to please a customer

Received bedroom furniture that we have to alter and drill holes into in order for it to be put together - the holes in the wood don't match up appropriately. They know about it, the gentleman at the loading dock told us what we would have to do in order to make the furniture go together. Also numerous holes were left uncovered, there are numerous defects as well. Not very happy that $1300 went to junk furniture.
Was also pormised that all parts would be in within 2 weeks and they weren't.

I purchased furniture the end of Oct. On my paperwork it clearly states 'First payment due 12/05' I receive a collection letter that my payment for Nov is past due. I called the number on the letter and spoke to a very rude manager who said they made an error on the paperwork and my payment is past due and I am doing to incur late charges. This is not ok to tell someone their first payment is due in Dec then send them a past due notice in Nov. They can have the furniture back. I am NOT paying a late fee when I am not late. If they did give me incorrect information when I purchased the furniture the ethical thing to do would be to honor that. But this company is clearly not ethical. I have contacted the BBB and will continue to post everywhere I can. This is not right how I was treated and rudely spoken to at the corporate office.
