Back in July 2023 I needed 4 tires, oil change, and a set of new brakes! ? I came in with a budget and could not go over! They worked their magic and cut about $240 off the total, great, fast, quality service! Recommend!! Both my vehicles are exclusively serviced here!

I am very satisfied with the service I received here. I'm very protective of my vehicles, and these guys gave me no concerns and made sure I was taken care of. I feel I was treated better with faster service than Pepboys or Wal-Mart. I will be back!

Stopped in same day for an oil change and new tires. Service was fantastic, lobby is clean with complimentary water and even a Tv to watch while you wait for your car. I recommend Tuffy for your cars care, they care for you and your car!

I had a flat tire that had a huge screw in it. They were able to squeeze in me in and get me back on the road in less than 2 hours! I will be coming back here soon to get more work done on my car!

Had a great experience here. I came in late one evening with my valve stem leaking they said they were able to set an appt. I told them I needed to get home they showed me grace and compassion and absolutely took care of it and got me on my way. No issues no red tape. I would definitely recommend in the future. They aren't all about stealing your money. These folks just get it.

Honest. That is what stands out in my world. They told us up front what they would charge. They also went through both cars with a fine tooth comb and gave us a report. Now I knew going into this shop roughly what might come up needing attention. I was correct and they took care of the Mini which can be hard to find a shop willing to do. They did not rob me. The bill was exactly what they quoted me.Thank God!

Brought out car to tire choice up the road and had a horrible experience they tried to tell us we had like 8 axels for brakes and quoted an insane price. Went straight to tuffy and they shot us straight and had us in and out within an hour-hour and a half with all 4 brakes and rotors done for a lot less than tire choice told us. Came back a few weeks later (today) to get a flat repaired with yet again excellent service. Highly recommend this place. I also over heard their interactions with other customers while we were waiting for our car and they let everyone know what may or may not need to be replaced on your car but don’t push you into buying or doing it then.

These guys are great!! I had 2 valve stems snapped off in the new car wash in Mulberry. Talked to Michael. Got the wheels over to them and they got me fixed up with new stems and back on the road in minutes for the right price! A real life saver!!

I have used Tuffy's for a year now and I should have written this review a long time ago to recommend them to others.First, they fixed my brakes in 2022.In 2023, they came to the rescue when Walmart cracked my oil pan and my car had to be towed to them to diagnose and repair. ?Today they replaced my shocks and struts. I had a minor issue with the steering wheel alignment and returned to ask for it to be adjusted. The manager, Jacob, made sure it was corrected with a clear desire to stand by their work and make sure I left satisfied.Thank you for continuing to provide excellent service! I will continue to use you for future car repairs and maintenance. I would encourage you to do the same. ?

Called Saturday afternoon. Was thinking about an appointment on Monday. Was told they are open Sunday. I asked what time I could come. 9am Sunday morning. Get there 8:50 am Sunday. .went in with two other people. He called both up. Both with 9 am appts. I went to the counter. No appointment. Totally denied ever talking to me. Impossible with the uniqueness of why I was there. I had a flat on one car and needed a tire pressure sensor on my truck. He saud he could do the truck at 1:pm. Maybe the car at 2pm. We leave the car and go to breakfast. He called said the tire on the car can’t be fixed. We go back at 2 pm for the truck fix. I said go ahead and put a new tire on the car. Truck fixed, car fixed. Get the car home and find in the trunk the spare is thrown in with the clamp to hold it down NOT put back where it belongs. Find the lug key in the trunk along with the keyed lug and the bracket that is supposed to be installed under the lug nuts to be able to lock the hub cap on. Now the entire tire has to be taken off, the bracket mounted , the hbcap mounted and the keyed lug that holds it on.Pure sloppy, lazy work. I suspect done purposely because I let him know I was not happy about the appointment not being set up. First and only time I will EVER go there. Expensive and horrible work.
