Car was towed in after I called to let them know. Repairs were completed within 3 hours. Great service and a friendly staff. Have used them before and will use them in the future if needed.

I read all the reviews on this location and it doesn't make sense about the experience these people have had. Now i read alot of finger pointing towards “Gladymir” who is not to blame for any misunderstanding or misinterpretation on the customers behave. I went there and been there a few times to get my vehicle repaired, he explained to me the situation in full detail, I decided not to get it repaired due to negligence of my behalf, and me thinking i can get it cheaper elsewhere. Well i was wrong, i went to another location got it repaired for more and to add more insult to injury, the process was wrong and they replaced the wrong part. Now, im back to Tire Choice, where I originally got the information from “Gladymir and his Team” i explained, he understood, i told him to do what it takes to do it right. To this point i wasn't concerned about the price point. I was more concerned about my safety and investment. A day later he called very informative he explained in detail what has happened and what needs to be done. I agre8 the to it all. A day later tomy surprise i was back in my car and very much satisfied beyond my expectations. I was actually thinking i was going to trade my car. However, I received my vehicle back and its just like new. I drive and proud own a2019 Audi Q3 Premuim Twin TurboSo, my in closing and observation, people jump to the conclusion to a price or a process rather than explanation and description of the issue. I see the reviews are all about a process which was, im sure explained, however chose to agree or disagree. Now, I understand if during a repair process new issues arrive im sure the information was delivered and was interpreted incorrectly. I work in the investment field and a CEO of a large investment firm. I know from experience that some process is not for everyone, and almost very common do you read a bad review, due to not wanting to hear the reality and not wanting to accept it. We always want to hear what “we” want to hear, we never want to hear what cannot be done.Policies and procedures are in place for a reason. In this case safety.If many of us choose to go else where to get the process done, its a choice we made. However, not everyone follows or practice a policy, procedure and never think about safety investments. Only Sales.So, i hope everyone well, and Gladymir keep up the good work, i am your Advocate!Very pleased with your professionalism and your integrity of information.Dont believe and make judgment on reviews that dont make sense.

We have taken our car to be serviced many time over 10k spent past 4 years. They have broken out windshield and our issues are still not fixed. The new manager is terrible and the help is always smoking and on their cell phones. They are worthless. The old manager was the best Brandon

Not my experience but my father's. He has had his Lincoln up at this place maybe 5-6-7-8 times now over the course of 5-6 years, and 10-12,000.00 later they STILL have not fixed the issue to my father's vehicle. After he took it there yet AGAIN TODAY they tried to charge him yet ANOTHER 2,000.00 for the same issue!! It really sounds like to me they are taking advantage of my father and it's very upsetting. I most def do not reccomend taking your car here unless you want more, and more, and more problems with your vehicle. Absolutely absurd to spend that much money at one place and still not have a good running car!!. :UPDATE: So I just recieved a phone call from my aunt in Fla and my father also recieved his car back from this place WITH A BUSTED WINDSHIELD!!!!! Windshield was just fine before he took the car up here. Of course when tire choice is notified of the windshield they know absolutely nothing about it ??? yea I'm sure they don't. I think it's time to contact BBB and the attorney general on how this place takes advantage of senior citizens

Went in to replace 2 tires on my truck. I informed the gentleman at the counter that I needed 2 tires replaced and that I would be going through my insurance, so someone from the shop would need to call to speak to my insurance company to authorize the payment. He gave me a weird look and said okay.He told me he needed to order the tires and would call me when they came in. I received a call later in the day and came back. It was the same gentleman I talked to.When I got there the 2nd time, the same guy was there with his wife and daughter behind the front desk and sounded like he was on speaker phone with T-Mobile. He took my keys and told me to wait. I reminded him about the insurance and how someone from the shop needs to call to authorize, but he looked at me and didn’t say anything. The whole time I sat in the lobby, the man at the front desk was either talking to his wife/daughter, or was on speaker phone with T-Mobile trying to get his phone fixed.Well the time came and my truck was pulled up to the front because the work was done. The front desk man was no where to be found. I sat at the front desk by my self for 10min. He finally came back with his wife and daughter, but was still on the phone with T-Mobile talking on speaker phone really loud (he sounded mad). I waited another 5 minutes and got impatient. When I walked up to him he was still on the phone but said “how will you be paying for this.” I said “through my insurance, you need to call to get it authorized.” He then said “call them and get it set up.”….My insurance company specifically said the shop needs to call, but I was already upset so I just called. Fast forward 20min into talking to my insurance company and they denied my claim because they said theSHOP who is doing the work is supposed to call BEFORE the work is done to get the work authorized…..The front desk man puts his phone down long enough for me to tell him all this. This man then has the audacity to try and up sell me an insurance policy for the tires I just bought and tried to charge me an extra $100 when I just had to pay $1,000.00 that was supposed to be paid by my insurance.Do not come here if you plan on trying to use your insurance to pay, because they will make your life a whole lot more difficult.Edit: I looked at my receipt and the man I was dealing with -Gladymir- was the manager! Just absolutely wild.

Never going here again. Previously when I went, it was roughly $60-$70 for a full synthetic oil change and to get tires rotated which was alright because this place is convenient. My girlfriend took her car in, thinking that she was overdue for an oil change, but she only had 2K miles on it from the previous oil change at the same location. The “salesman” told her it would be $91 for an oil change and tires rotated. He was able to pull the car up in their system, seeing that the car had just been there a month prior and that she wasn’t even close to due for an oil change, but he didn’t tell her that. Her car was taken into the shop, and then she called me. I came over to talk to the “salesman” and explain the mistake and see if there was anything he could do. He told me that he was new from “corporate” and the previous prices were a mistake. Then he had the gall to tell me that a full synthetic oil change would only get me 4500 miles before I’d need another oil change. Absolutely ridiculous. Well you’ve got your $91, but you’ve lost any future sales from me or my family. Hope it was worth it.

Had an 08:00 appointment, dropped my car off for an oil change at 07:40 am. They told me "should be ready before 09:30". I called at 09:30 they told me "oh he's about 90% finished". When I arrived 10 minutes later the tech is smoking, my car is still on the lift, he still hadn't put the oil in it. I watched from the waiting room for another 15 minutes and just saw him walking back and forth, not doing anything. I finally told the manager that if they hadn't done the tire rotation (which they had not!) to just bring me my car because now it's 10:30 in the morning. When I FINALLY got my car it had oil all over the cover over the motor, there was oil everywhere (See the pictures which are AFTER I wiped the oil off in their parking lot). There were cigarette ashes on my floor mat and greasy finger prints on my hood. I checked to make sure the oil was full and it was but I will NEVER, NEVER go back there and will be sure to tell anyone who asks about them what I experienced.

Oof where to begin. 2 stars bc they were friendly but I’d like to give 0 stars bc of their incompetence.We took our 2019 Kia sorento to them that smelled like gas. No check engine lights on, no symptoms besides a gas smell. They kept it a few hours and told us it was the fuel filler neck. They didn’t charge us the diagnostic fee though, that was nice of them. I had a hard time believing we needed a new filler neck on a 4 year old car so I did some research which lead me to fuel pump issues in Kia sorentos. Took it to Kia, yep, fuel pump. Covered by warranty.We returned to tire choice on 9/14 to get our brakes done. I called the day prior (9/13) and spoke to Juan who told me it’s $399 per axle for pads and rotors. We knew we needed rotors as the car was vibrating when we hit the brakes. Took it in and the same guy who told us we needed new fuel filler neck helped us, I’m not sure of his name but he seems to work the inside a lot. He asked if we got it fixed and we told him it was actually the fuel pump and he was like no it’s not there is no way. That’s neither here nor there, that issue is being fixed by Kia for free. So they take our car back to inspect the brakes and tell us yea we need pads and rotors on the front and back. We are thinking $800 bc $399 per axle according to Juan.. no this guy tells us there are 4 axles? We said no thanks left and went straight to tuffy in mulberry. They assured us we have 2 axles lol which we knew, and within 5 mins of lifting our car came to us and said “do you know your fuel pump is leaking?” All the while tire choice was adamant it’s the fuel filler neck. We didn’t even mention the fuel issue to tuffy, they saw it apparently tire choice didn’t see the fuel leaking from it either time they had the car there and lifted. They fixed our brakes and rotors for way less than tire choice told us, And also let us know tire choice over tightened one of our lug nuts and left 2 of them loose. Proceed with caution at this place. Highly recommend going 1/4 mile up the road to tuffy.

Great place. Same day service. I had an oil change and tune up done. Mechanics were fast and very pleasant. The manager Juan was very attentive and friendly. Price was very reasonable. They staff works 6 days a week, every week, and still provides exceptional customer service and mechanic services. Definitely recommend.

I wouldn't recommend going here ever. If you're a woman who just wants to get your tire pressure checked out to make sure you don't have a flat, all you'll get is an ignorant man who'll tell you off and throw your keys at you and to go find somewhere else. I repeat, don't give these men anyday or time. He yelled at us saying nobody ever reads the owners manuel and they just come straight here when we didn't have anytime and just pulled over. He ended up throwing the keys in my face and screaming go somewhere else! Their customer service and empathy is not it, so unless you know exactly what's going on with your car when there's an issue, I don't suggest going here.

Chris was great! He got us fixed up when we were in a bind on one of their busiest days of the week. Service was fast and friendly! I was visiting a friend in the area so this isn't my normal tire place but I would drive the extra 20 min to see him about service from now on! Thanks so much for all you guys do!!!!!!!!!

I have not had any issues in the past but this visit was disappointing. I had an appointment at 9:30. At 10:10 my car still had not been taken back for service. I waited in the lobby 10 min and no one came to help me. I had to go find someone in the back office.

This my 2nd time here. I went in today to have my battery checked because it was dead in the morning. Here my battery was under warranty they pulled me right in and worked on it. Awesome Tech's here and the man at the front desk, Chris, is a complete gentleman. I will take all my cars here from now on.

I stopped in this morning for some assistance, as my tire pressure sensor seemed to light up every 5-6 weeks, at which point I would add air as needed, but never finding a pattern or true cause.I was met with an extremely friendly greeting, and was told the team would gladly take a look at the issue. While waiting, I walked around the lot with my service dog for a few minutes, and every employee I happened to pass at one point or another was friendly and kind to an extent that had me guessing what the 'secret sauce' was in the coffee. It was an impressive experience.I kept expecting to get an update along with a future work order. Instead, the gentleman that worked on my car brought me the keys a while later, explaining that everything was all fixed up.As I didn't even know the problem, I inquired, to learn that a small leak in one tire was fixed up, and all tires were now at pressure with the sensor reset.When I tried to pay, I was refused. Having just moved to the area, I was amazed, as the guy wished me the best with a smile.The team certainly earned 100% of my business in the future, from new tires to routine service. With the friendliness of the staff, the kindness of employees, and their willingness to invest in future customers, they whole heartedly earned my business.Thank you for a great experience
