Worst kinda of a bank ever. They retried to charge me $200 to open an account here because they said in 12 years ago I owe SunTrust money which I don't. I got bank accounts everywhere where else. They also charge for checking accounts and for checks but you must buy alot of checks and not just one. No one in line or phone calls I heard got anything positive.

I have been banking starting with Hillsborough Bank for 45 years. It has change names several times over the years. My account has stayed the same until BB&T Bank purchase Sun Trust and change the name to Truist Bank. Now I lost all my checking benefits after 45 years. I came into the bank and the desk that sits on the left side (east) and talked with a young lady their and express my concerns about my checking account losing all my benefits and that I change over to Mid Florida Bank. I told her that they were getting a lot of your customers because of the changes. The lady told me that that was ok we are getting more customers than we are losing. That sure didn't make me feel good after 45 years. It's not the employees fault it's corporate. Now about the employees at the Mulberry branch. Lisa, Erin and Samantha not only treated me good as a customer, they treated me like FAMILY!!. They are the BEST and I will sincerely miss you guys. Robert F.

I opened a new checking and savings account without any hassles. Brandie, Erin, and another lady with long blonde hair (forgive me, I forgot her name) went above and beyond to help me.Thank you ladies! ❤️

Friendly people working there, but the actual service is awful, any trip besides depositing or withdrawing should expect to be there for an hour, and they dont bother answering phone calls to ANY of the numbers they provide to us.

This bank has got to be the slowest around. Drive thru moves at a snails pace and you need to set aside 30+min to sit in line just 3 cars deep. 1 teller working inside lines and drive thru shouldn't be something either customer has to deal with! I wish they would have kept the 540a location open.

SunTrust will now allow my son to deposit cash he owes me in to my account. Teller manager Lisa immediately have attitude but don't like it when you give them the same attitude in return.
