My family has purchased cakes from publix for over 45 years and the last couple of years I've been very disappointed. How do you lose a cake order? I have my copy, but yet no cake! This has happened before multiple times at Imperial Lakes Plaza. A child is going to he very disappointed!

I made an order thru instacart and didn't pay attention to rather pick up or delivery was selected. it came across my phone as pickup. Well I don't drive. I called the store and the employee who answered the phone was so helpful and understanding. She said it would be taken care of. A Publix employee delivered my order. That, good people, is great customer service. Thank you Publix!

As a pharmacy worker, I am honestly so surprised by the acts of this pharmacy. When someone works in health care you would think that they have concern and sympathy for others but clearly this is not the case here. I told them I've been out of Psychiatric medication for 2 days and need it ASAP, 4 hours later called to check the status and it hasn't even been started and was told "They're behind so I'll have to wait" Clearly no concern for patients well being. All about how their day is going. I know their are other patients, but as i said, i work in pharmacy something should have been in 4 HOURS.

The cake I ordered for my 84 year old mother in law was delicious. Best tasting chocolate cake with cream cheese icing I've ever had. I will definitely be ordering all my cakes from Publix bakery.

For twelve years I have gotten a standing rib roast from Publix and cooking it for my families Christmas dinner. I was pleasantly surprised when it was on sale this year for less than I have ever paid for it. I purchased my three rib roast from the Imperial Lakes Publix. I prepared it my usual way and it was wonderful. I give a hats off to the butchers at Publix. My roast was cut and tied perfectly. when I cut the ties I had a boneless piece of meat fit for a King. I always keep the ribs to enjoy the day after. Thank you Publix for helping make my Christmas dinner perfect. God bless all the Publix employees for their hard work.

Went into your Liquor store today around noon time and the gentleman behind the counter was very rude. Never said anything when i came in the store and when i couldn't find what i was looking for i asked him and he rudely said no . Sorry to say if i ever go back and ge is there i will go somewhere else. Very surprised of this coming from a Publix employee.

The deli on Shephard rd in Lakeland is hit or miss for online sub orders. Again last night I ordered 4 subs online. 2 of the subs were missing the condiments and the spinach. One thin slice of meat is unacceptable. I have called the store on numerous occasions and spoke with the deli supervisor and have written corporate about it. They offer a free sub but how about you just make it right the first time. I don't like ordering a premade sub to take home to have to add items missing. During the holidays they were actually really good. But now their back to the same bad practices.

Very clean, exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable staff. Is closed Sundays due to local ordinance.
