There are NO OFFICES in Lakeland. The customer service is lacking, they are nice but have no knowledge! HORRIBLE COMPANY!

I drove to this location in Mulberry and it is closed. Online it shows as an Frontier location they need to take it down.

Frontier is the worst. Very poor customer service. They messed up the account multiple times and it's almost impossible to get someone on the phone to fix the problem. Go elsewhere, anywhere has to be better than here.
