Cathy and Paul were the best! We wanted to use a local realtor, so Florida Landmark came to mind. After researching the area, Cathy gave us a suggested offer, and we listed our property. The next day we had an offer. Within a couple of days we had an offer we accepted. In two weeks the paperwork was signed and our property was sold!! I want to start by saying Mrs. Kathy and Mr. Paul literally made our dreams come true. Our journey started a little backwards and after four children we were desperate to find the perfect home in the perfect location and that is exactly what was done. These two are not only remarkably hard working and passionate in all they do, but so beyond loving and understanding. With every house tour we took, came along four little ones which they embraced with arms wide open, and I am forever grateful for the patience and graciousness that was displayed. I highly recommend their services; with their guidance the process was easier than we could ever imagined!

Highly recommend! My husband and I recently relocated to FL from Pa. Kathy and her husband were wonderful to work with. Florida Landmark Realty sold my father's home in two days. They were very professional and considerate. They stayed in touch through the closing and always made themselves available if we had questions. I would definitely recommend them if you are buying or selling a home.
