“He is extremely professional and friendly. I had him do two cars, both messy from dog hair and kids. He did an extremely good job with both. Very impressed. He was fast and efficient. He did a very good job and maintaining the noise level. The reason I mentioned the quiet, is because I had just got off work when he came to detail the cars. “I've been with this car wash for over a year now. I have four cars on my membership. At the beginning it was great. After Mister Car Wash bought them out the quality started going down. Seems like they don't want to invest in maintaining the equipment and basic repairs. There's always something not working. Most of the time it's the compressed air hosses, window cleaner, and the tire shine. The staff is awesome! No doubt about that. They are the best part of this car wash.Services: Vacuuming”
“Yesterday, I was at my favorite car wash. After my beauty red ? car was shining, I accidently closed all my things and my phone in the Tesla car ?. It is impossible to open the car without a key. I went to the office and asked the staff for help. The charming, kind girl KW helped me with everything. First, she called the service that could open the car. But the service promised to arrive no earlier than in an hour. I didn't want to wait so long, so I canceled it way!!! Then I decided to call my husband. He has a Tesla app on his phone that can open the car from a distance. KW let me call my husband from her phone (I remembered his phone number on the third try, lol). before that, I tried to contact him via Fb, but the account required password confirmation from my phone, which remained locked in Tesla lol. Thank you,? KW, for your patience and kindness!!! The administration of the car wash should be proud ?of such sensitive and professional staff!!!”

We started looking a few months ago and knew what we were looking for and Sunset never gave up on us even though we were purchasing a used vehicle and not a new. He has answered all my texts and not made excuses for any reason. He spent a good amount of time with us while I am sure he could have been selling a new vehicle. “I stopped in here to get gas and something cold to drink. The entry to the store was convenient pulling in from South Florida Ave. At the time, no masks was required. However, I wore my mask going into the store for safety. I found a large bottle of water and Gatorade was on sale. The cashier was friendly, prices were not overpriced, and the transaction was efficient. The beverages were very icy cold to consume, which is a huge plus. Pumping gas was not an issue. This store was fine during my visit. Nothing fancy, but it was clean.”

“I found myself in Bartow on Monday... It was cold & windy and it had been quite some time, but I seriously needed a car wash. It was way too cold to hand wash it. I found this car wash really close by & was relieved that I did. It was a touch-less laser wash and I admit that I was very skeptical. I'd been to a touch-less car wash a long time ago & didn't try it again. Until Monday.I chose the $10 wash, which also cleaned the underside.Well... That is one powerful laser wash! At each stage, it encircled my car twice...I was so surprised.... It did an outstanding job!!It's now 2 days later and my car still looks outstanding.I took some pics to share. I will certainly be going back again when I find myself in Bartow.”
