Absolute worst bank. They do not answer their phones, incompetent help, did not make any effort to make helping a priority. I went down there to get an issue resolved and they put zero effort in to help. I had a large wire on hold for several days and nobody would call. I spent 3 days dealing with them before deciding to try a different Wells Fargo and a different branch helped immediately and were confused as to why original bank couldn’t help. Also called other banks within a couple miles and they all answered immediately and were friendly. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

If you are with a bank who treats you ok. Do not switch on Wells Fargos promises of what they'll do for you to switch. It's all lies.

Sad that Wells Fargo has changed their policies, and not for the better... I've had account since befor the premerger of Wachovia. And welp looks like it's time to say good bye.

Been a customer since 1992, and worst customer service at the counter. Had to wait 30 minutes to be served and two tellers were there and the other one completely ignored me.

Usually go here for breakfast however they do lunch and close early. We like the pet friendly outdoor patio.
