Definitely great place I’m always here either for breakfast lunch or dinner sometimes for a late night snack is there are great. The rest of the employees have great customer service definitely don’t mind spending my hard earned money here.

I can not complain about my drink hot nor cold. 100 % on point.
But the food is not the best. Ordered a turkey sandwich and it fell apart also ordered a M bowl of chicken noodle and just got some chicken broth not the first time.

There is a manager there named Manaia and she is amazing and a other worker then I don’t know the name of they went way and beyond of the services they did for me amazing people

Large facility with many fuel pumps. Large convenience store with groceries snacks and sandwiches to order.

No matter what wawa ive gone to this is the one store that gets it right. My girl MJ always gets my coffee early in the am. She always goes above and beyond. She has a sense of urgency which is great bc I'm always running late. Shout out to you MJ for helping me get my day started. -Amber

Normally don’t have anything to say negatively about this Wawa but this new girl KAYLA is EXTREMELY disrespectful very bad customer service she messed up the order then when I went back to tell her she was arguing with me telling me that nothing was wrong with it and wanted to cuss and talk crap about her having to remake it (mind you this was AFTER the manager told her she had to) everyone knows me and my husband there and after she “fixed it” my husband was sent to the emergency room with food poisoning

Why can I never order a hashbrown in my breakfast burrito? It's like they have the option turned off when ordering. Please fix that.
The location is kind of difficult to navigate as well. Aside from that it's an average Wawa.

Unhappy customer‼️ I purchased gas at Wawa in Mt. Dora on October 12th. After pumping the gas my car wouldn’t start. I did notice the pump took a while to finish pumping gas. A few customers came over and checked on me. One customer even came over with a battery jumper to confirm that it wasn't the battery which I knew it wasn’t. I was told that the starting issue sounds like the gas probably have water or trash in it. After trying several times my car still wouldn’t start. My aunt and a customer helped push my car away from the pump into a parking space. I went in the store to ask for a manager. A employee came up and asked me what was my concern. I told him what happened. He asked what gas did I get. I asked him for a number to speak with someone about the gas issue. He acted as if he had no concern and started calling the 800 number out to me. I asked him to please write it down. My daughter came to the store to make sure I make it home. She went in the store to talk with management. Afterwards a nice lady whom introduced herself as the assistant manager came out and took a report of what happened. She told me that someone would be calling me. After trying to start the car again several times it finally started. My daughter followed me home to make sure I made it home safely. I thought the problem was over after running the car, unfortunately it continued having starting issues and running rough. The next few days there were more cranking issues and the car wouldn’t start again until I kept trying to start it. While pressing the brake trying to start the car I pumped the gas pedal at the same time for a while and the car finally started. Wawa insurance company called and left a message on 10/14/24 so I tried to call them back several times and left messages each time. Well Wawa insurance company finally called me back on 10/16/24 and the call didn’t go so well. I was told I can either have a shop check the car and repair it and they can reimburse me for the cost of diagnostics and repair or pay the auto shop directly. I was also told they can either give me $50 Wawa gas card as a option.? On 10/17/24 I took the car to the shop. I was told it’s very costly for them to drop the gas tank and do repairs related to fuel issues and they didn’t want me to possibly get stuck with the bill. I’m so frustrated. I feel this is a loss for me due to my car is not operable because of Wawa bad gas. I do understand business is business with the auto shop. I’m sure the auto shop don’t trust waiting on Wawa to pay them or don’t want to get involved.

I get tired of coffee not being available. And flavored cream, and 24 Oz cups, and sip lids. Someone really needs to learn how to order so that they do not constantly run out. Today, I received two emails about the return of the turkey gobbler. Went online and ordered two. Sent to checkout -message says, “Not Available!”
This store was incredible when they first Opened. Gone way downhill since.
