I went for an oil change this Saturday and the mechanic who put my prop bar down put it in wrong and the bar fell into my engine and destroyed my alternator. Valvoline denied any responsibility and now I’m down $1200 dollars. Horrible place don’t go here.

I've been using valvoline for years, religiously every 3 months and I always have the best service at both locations in Mount dora. I appreciate the quickness and when they notice anything wrong with my vehicle, they tell me. They also air my tires without me having to ask, which I appreciate. My service today was wonderful.
