Very quaint post office with the best staff. Itis is a gem and super friendly. Never have a long wait (which is good because they don’t have a machine to scan prepaid labels.;) always a pleasure to come here (especially compared to my po back home!)

I would give this place a zero if I could I have ordered things online one of them needed to be signed for they won't even get out of their car to knock on the door they just drive past and then say I wasn't home. I have called they don't care if they do nothing about it. I don't have any transportation so then I have to pay a cab every time and then I get so low on money I can't even eat and it is all their fault. I hope every employee in their rots in hell. And I'm really hoping corporate sees this because it's not just me they do this to.

This isnt a review of the p.o. It's about me forgetting my key ring hanging on my box, a customer seeing it & leaving it there instead of dropping it safely through the inside of the box. She called & left me a message @ the #i wrote on the tag. But the keys are gone. I'm already being stalked by a 1- glass eye- 1-eyed white man who has a bump key to my home, stole $ from me, has stalked me at p.o. & nearby.

Staff treated me like an annoyance when I asked about a missing package. They were very cut and dry... "it is what it is". Then in a very condescending manner wished me a nice day and hung up.

I ship packages here every business day. I could not ask for amore helpful, cheerful and professional staff. Many times when it is a busy, stressful morning, going to the post office cheers me up and just makes my day!

If you are visiting Mt Dora and you actually want to receive a package to an Airbnb address here, just don't bother using USPS. The office here literally didn't even try to deliver my package because "the carrier in the office knew that address is 'vacant' and didn't even scan it to go out for delivery" ... and somehow this is okay according to the folks working in this location ....

Well, our mailman has an issue with our house. Not sure why. He sometimes keeps driving and he never taes outgoing mail. I live off Eastland Road.

Service with a smile, despite how very busy they are. Sometimes the line is quite long but the postal workers are knowledgeable, efficient and friendly. There are several sized boxes, and wrapping tape, different sized envelopes, birthday and thank you cards along with stamps, of course, for your postal shipping needs. Will return many times.
