The lab tech did great with my son. He was kind, skilled and professional. BUT this place is always running way behind with patients triple booked. Customer service is NOT a priority.
Our visit Friday was unacceptable. They were over an hour behind and my 8 year old was fasting.
Not enough chairs in the waiting area filled with people sniffling and breathing germs in the tiny warm room so we elected to wait outside even though it was hot and unpleasant at least hopefully less germs. We were outside about 20 minutes when I received a text to come inside as we would be called soon… FORTY MINUTES later we were called back. I don’t want to be greeted by a sign in tablet. Please bring back a human receptionist… have them enter the lab, insurance info and collect payments… and answer questions!!! Then, the lab techs can move along faster and focus on drawing instead of being the greeter, data entry, accounts receivable and phlebotomist!! The current system is cold… and screams we are too cheap to pay a receptionist!

May 3rd I had an appointment at 10:30. I arrived at around 10:20. The entire room was packed, there were no more seats and there was hardly any room to stand so I signed up for the text to be notified so I could wait in my car since there was no room in the lobby. 11:00 rolls around and I still have not received any texts so I go inside to see what is wrong. My name is nowhere on the waiting board and I ask and the other customers in the lobby said they already called me. I said I don’t understand why because I never got any texts. I try to alert the staff and they were extremely rude not only to me but to everyone else there.i told them I understand they are busy I just didn’t see my name anymore on the screen and they were serving 10:45 appointments. I told them it was fine if they were behind I just wanted to make sure . after I got the attention of an employee I got the ‘you can come in’ text at 11:13 and I finally got taken back at about 11:15. The older lady and the lady with the platinum blonde/white hair were both extremely rude. If I didn’t waste over an hour waiting and taking a day off work I would have left. A brunette woman with glasses took my blood luckily she was very nice. I am extremely disappointed with the staff’s attitude and how the company handled the situation. Why even offer a text and wait option if I am just going to get skipped over because they didn’t notify me?

I Miss the old Apopka location. Great staff. Always worked with you on paying. Here not at all need some serious bloodwork I come in with cash because I don't have credit right now because of medical bills already. And they wouldn't even touch me because I owed money and they "dont accept cash" are you Flippin kidding me.. needless to say I wasted my gas and time driving plus couldn't get my bloodwork. Guess cash isn't money anymore. ??♂️?♂️

Quest is just horrendous. I will never go there again. Virtually impossible to contact and totally clueless. Horrible.

Tiffany was very professional. She kept talking to me that I didn't feel the stick from the needle. She told me everything that she was going to do before she started.

I am very impressed with the customer service that we received from Ms. Dana. She is a true professional and cares about her customers needs. We needed to get in quickly for my Mother and she expedited it for us. Knowing that she had not eaten all day and the doctor needed the report quickly. OUTSTANDING place to go to have great service. Keep up the great work Ms. Dana. Thank you!

You have an employee or manager there that DEFINITELY is an asset to the company. Never have I ever met a more gentle, caring, soft spoken phlebotomist - and I'm 61 years old! If "Lori" ever leaves to work somewhere else..........I AM FOLLOWING HER!

The nurse technician was a young man, been there only a short time, but he was excellent, extremely efficient and found my vein without any problem. It was painless and pleasant thanks to him.
