Too expensive for what it is. Roaches all over, mold, nasty carpet, dirty blankets and towels. Horrible experience. No hot breakfast. Will never stay here again.

The room had a musty, smell, bugs, we reported to the front desk, the room where are you ate breakfast? The tables had ants. Would not stay there again.

Close to Mt. Dora, but rooms needs much attention. Property has a nice lake in front with a gazebo, which gives a nice touch, but hotel is too expensive for its facilities and what it has to offer in comparison to others in its class and surrounded areas.
