There was too much glare in the photo and I tried several methods to tone it down myself and could not get it right. With a little touch of yellow, they made the photo much better! “Went to Office Depot 4 minutes before they closed because I needed to print something immediately that was very time sensitive. I was directed to the self service printer area and was there for 15 minutes AFTER close having so much trouble sending my document to the printer. The worker named Jose really really went above and beyond to help me out. I have never appreciated customer service like that before in my life and I am in the customer service business myself.
