Dr Curtis was knowledgeable, patient, caring.. made my little one feel very special. Kristen was amazing. She answered all of our questions with confidence and passion. And the front desk made every effort to make our little one feel comfortable and cared for. We're lucky we found them!

Could not recommend this vet more. I've got 2 high maintenance giant schnauzers so we are frequent flyers at this clinic. The vets have taken amazing care of my dogs and checked in regularly on them after to see how the medicine is working out. I normally would be nervous about the drop off style appointments, but my dogs are so happy to walk in and the staff all know their names, they get low for my rescue and get out the good treats for her and are so patient and kind. I trust them all with a drop off apt because my dogs clearly trust them. Also the staff at the front desk is always so warm, professional and helpful.

I am so grateful to them. My regular vet was closed when my dog had an emergency ear infection. No one else would see us. They fit us in and fixed us up! They are now my regular vet! Thank you to all the staff! They were also very pleasant and friendly! Max is back to being his usual spoiled brat self!

I cannot say enough good things about this vet. I found a little kitten last night and after taking it to Misfits for the dewormer and initial exam, they advised I take it to a full service clinic. I called around all day, and no one would see me, until I called Palmetto and they fit me in 1 hour before closing and stayed 1 hour after closing while helping the little guy. Receptionists were LOVELY and so friendly, tech was knowledgeable and supportive, and Dr. Curtis was so knowledgeable, personable and thorough. I have been very overwhelmed today, as it is when you find a kitten you weren’t expecting to care for, and they really helped me through it. Even donated some smaller items to help get this guy back on track. So incredibly grateful to the whole team.

I would never send any of my babies to anyone but Doctor Curtis.. We have been with this practice for about four and a half years now.. All five of them go to see Doctor Curtis, she's excellent . Not to mention their staff.. always knowledgeable and kind! The technicians are pretty awesome also.. Shout out to you Zack, not only to him, but to all the technicians. Jake used to mind the visits, now he doesn't mind at all. All of you are awesome . Helen Glendening

Happy to charge you a fortune for all kinds of procedures, but then you will never hear from them again and they completely ignore you. I went to this office for years, then paid for some expensive allergy testing and was given some very expensive medicine that cannot be applied the way they instructed me. I questioned it, and was ignored and pushed aside. Then I never heard from them again. This is not a place that cares about you, your business, or your pets.

Dr. Curtis and her tech, Madison, were so kind when my Sconnie had to be put to sleep. Madison, especially, displayed warmth and empathy even before the decision needed to be made. I was allowed the time to process my decision and to be with Sconnie before, during, and after her euthanesia. Not a happy ending but 100% recommend.

Took my roommate's cat over there last week. He was diagnosed with pancreatitis. We spoke with Dr Curtis who had an amazing bedside manner and you can tell she truly loves animals. Chris at the front desk is a love. He is the sweetest, is very knowledgeable, and knows how to talk to anxious pet parents. The vet tech we spoke to about the medications was super kind and sweet and answered all questions we threw at her! Could not recommend this office more! ?
